基于BIM技术的IPD模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,建设项目形式多样化,信息技术不断发展,对建设项目可持续发展的要求越来越高。BIM技术的出现在很大程度上提升了建设项目的工作效率,但由于传统交易模式中存在各参与方信息不对称和利益冲突等问题,不能充分发挥BIM技术的优势,也严重影响了工程投资效益和工程建设管理水平的提高。工程建设市场迫切要求创新工程项目交易模式,项目交易模式必须向高度协作的设计施工一体化发展。IPD模式在传统项目交易模式的基础上发展而来,提供了解决现有问题的方法和思路,IPD模式可以有效地集成各参与方,组成跨职能的项目团队,通过对项目信息的收集、管理、交换、更新、存储和集成,实现项目生命周期中不同阶段、不同参与方之间的信息交流与共享,从而达到协同决策和精益建造的目的。BIM技术为IPD模式中各参与方的交流协作提供了平台,IPD模式为BIM技术价值的最大化创造了环境,两者具有互相促进、相辅相成的关系。论文分别从项目管理模式与合同模式两方面对基于BIM技术的IPD模式的组织结构、信息流转、合同关系与利益分配问题进行了研究,对多方合同关系中各参与方的权利义务以及BIM技术的应用问题进行了明确。建立了基于BIM技术的IPD模式中建设项目全生命期的信息流转模型,提出了目标成本的计算方法,以及各参与方的利益分配原则。对基于BIM技术的IPD模式执行过程中的团队合作问题、模型标准问题、激励问题以及风险问题进行了论述。最后,通过案例分析,归纳了传统交易模式中存在的一些问题,并用基于BIM技术的IPD模式加以解决,论证了基于BIM技术的IPD模式的优势所在。基于BIM技术的IPD模式能够促进信息的交流与共享,显著提高建设管理水平和管理效率,但其在我国的应用也面临着法律、技术等诸多挑战,推广基于BIM技术的IPD模式还有待各界的努力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the forms of construction projects are diversified, and information technology is constantly developing. The emergence of BIM technology has greatly improved the efficiency of construction projects. However, due to the asymmetry of information and conflicts of interest among the participants in the traditional transaction mode, the advantages of BIM technology can not be brought into full play, and the efficiency of project investment and the improvement of engineering construction management level are seriously affected. The engineering construction market urgently requires innovation of the project transaction model. The project trading model must develop to the highly collaborative design and construction integration development. IPD model is based on the traditional project transaction model. It provides methods and ideas for solving existing problems. IPD model can effectively integrate all participants, form cross-functional project teams, and collect, manage, exchange, update, store and integrate project information through the collection, management, exchange, updating, storage and integration of project information. To realize the exchange and sharing of information between different participants at different stages of the project life cycle, In order to achieve the goal of collaborative decision making and Lean building, BIM technology provides a platform for the exchange and cooperation of various participants in IPD mode. IPD model creates an environment for maximizing the value of BIM technology, and the two have mutual promotion and complementary relationship. This paper studies the organization structure, information flow, contract relationship and benefit distribution of IPD model based on BIM technology from two aspects of project management mode and contract mode. The rights and obligations of each party and the application of BIM technology are clarified. The information flow model of the whole life cycle of the construction project in IPD model based on BIM technology is established. The calculation method of the target cost and the benefit distribution principle of each participant are put forward. In this paper, the problems of team cooperation, model standard, incentive and risk in IPD implementation based on BIM technology are discussed. Finally, through the case analysis, some problems existing in the traditional transaction mode are summarized, and solved by IPD mode based on BIM technology, and the advantages of IPD mode based on BIM technology are demonstrated. IPD model based on BIM technology can promote the exchange and sharing of information, improve the level of construction management and management efficiency, but its application in China is also facing many challenges, such as law, technology and so on. The promotion of IPD model based on BIM technology still needs the efforts of all walks of life.
