旅游景区开发建设中基于一体化策略的居民安置区建筑设计研究

【摘要】：在快速城镇化的时代背景下,旅游开发成为了城镇化的一个有力的催化剂。我国旅游开发正处在一个起步阶段,对旅游景区中居民安置区的建设并没有详尽的设计准则和规章制度,在实践过程中往往会产生居民安置区建设不当的问题,具体表现在：功能混杂,给生活带来不便；安置区边缘化导致无序发展；建造质量较差,影响景区整体风貌；外部公共空间缺乏整合。为提高旅游景区的游览质量和原住居民的生活水平,促使安置区和景区一体化发展,提出了居民安置区建筑设计与旅游景区一体化设计的方法,以期增加安置区与景区之间的整体性,避免安置区边缘化和片面发展,提高游客的游览质量和居民满意度。全文共有七个组成部分,绪论部分叙述了城镇化快速进程下旅游开发给旅游景区和居民安置区带来的建设问题,明确了论文的研究背景；第一章从实际调研和设计实践出发,确定了论文的研究方法,对安置区与旅游景区一体化设计现状进行调研分析,从中发现安置区的建设问题,为一体化设计提供依据；第二章阐述了安置区与景区一体化设计的概念,分析了一体化设计的影响因素,为一体化设计打下基础；第三章从建筑功能的角度,针对景区开发带来的影响,提出解决建筑功能复合性的方法；第四章从建筑空间出发,分为安置区与景区之间的空间,以及安置区内部的空间,从这两个层次出发对一体化设计提出相应的设计策略,从而适应游居活动。第五章从建筑风貌上对安置区建设进行控制,以适应旅游开发的脚步。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid urbanization, tourism development has become a powerful catalyst for urbanization. The tourism development of our country is at a starting stage. There are no detailed design rules and regulations for the construction of residential resettlement areas in tourist attractions. In the process of practice, the problems of improper construction of residential resettlement areas often arise. The concrete performance is: the function is mixed, bring inconvenience to the life; the marginalization of the resettlement area leads to the disorderly development; the construction quality is poor, affects the overall style of the scenic spot; the external public space lacks the conformity. In order to improve the tour quality of tourist spots and the living standards of indigenous residents, and to promote the integration development of resettlement areas and scenic spots, this paper puts forward the methods of building design and integrated design of tourist scenic spots in residential resettlement areas. It is expected to increase the integrity between the resettlement area and the scenic area, avoid the marginalization and one-sided development of the resettlement area, and improve the tourist tour quality and residents' satisfaction. There are seven parts in this paper. The introduction part describes the construction problems brought by tourism development to scenic spots and residential resettlement areas under the rapid process of urbanization, and clarifies the research background of the thesis. The first chapter starts from the actual investigation and design practice. The research method of the thesis is determined, and the present situation of the integrated design of the resettlement area and the tourist scenic area is investigated and analyzed, from which the problems of the construction of the resettlement area are found, which provides the basis for the integrated design. The second chapter expounds the concept of integrated design of resettlement area and scenic spot, analyzes the influence factors of integrated design, lays the foundation for integrated design, and the third chapter aims at the impact of scenic spot development from the angle of architectural function. The fourth chapter is divided into two parts: the space between the resettlement area and the scenic area, and the space inside the resettlement area. From these two levels, the corresponding design strategy is put forward for the integrated design. In order to adapt to the activities of swimming. The fifth chapter controls the construction of the resettlement area from the architectural style to adapt to the pace of tourism development.
