物联网技术下智能建筑的成本控制与工程造价分析

【摘要】：随着建筑行业的不断发展,人们对办公以及生活自动化需求的不断增长,智能建筑行业市场还在不断扩大,智能建筑物的结构、系统、服务和管理日趋复杂,相关的设计和施工成本的影响因素较大,对物联网技术下的智能建筑的成本控制以及工程造价的管理模型的设计越来越困难。本文提出一种基于智能建筑成本的约束参量贡献程度自适应加权的物联网技术下智能建筑的成本控制与工程造价预测模型,首先进行了成本控制的问题描述和工程造价的约束参量分析,然后进行物联网技术下智能建筑的成本控制与工程造价预测模型设计,提高了工程造价的预测和控制性能。数据分析实验结果表明,该方法能有效提高物联网技术下智能建筑的成本控制的精度和工程造价预测的准确性,降低了工程成本,提高施工进度和质量。
[Abstract]:With the development of construction industry and the increasing demand for office and life automation, the market of intelligent building industry is still expanding. The structure, system, service and management of intelligent building are becoming more and more complex. The related factors of design and construction cost are more and more important, so it is more and more difficult to control the cost of intelligent building under the Internet of things technology and to design the management model of project cost. In this paper, a cost control and engineering cost prediction model of intelligent building based on the adaptive weighting of constraint parameter contribution of intelligent building cost is proposed. The problem description of cost control and the analysis of the constraint parameters of project cost are carried out at first, then the cost control and engineering cost prediction model of intelligent building based on Internet of things technology are designed, which improves the prediction and control performance of project cost. The experimental results show that the method can effectively improve the cost control accuracy of intelligent building and the accuracy of project cost prediction under the Internet of things technology, reduce the project cost, improve the construction schedule and quality.
