基于BIM技术的工程结构钢筋算量系统研发

【摘要】:钢筋工程[1]具有坚固、耐久、防火性能好、成本低等优点,是建筑工程中的重要结构形式。工程算量软件已经广泛应用于工程结构钢筋量的计算过程中,在一定程度上提高了算量人员的工作效率和准确性。然而,受技术与工作模式的限制,仍然存在着种种问题。钢筋算量人员利用现有的算量软件仍需要耗费大量的时间与精力,随着建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术的发展应用,造价工程业的传统工作模式受到了冲击,钢筋算量技术也发生了变化,为此有必要研制基于BIM技术的工程结构钢筋算量系统。本研究是基于BIM技术的工程结构钢筋算量系统研发的初期工作,目标是在确定了软件需求的基础上,确定Revit钢筋算量系统研发的新思路,完成系统工作流程和主要功能模块的设计,并实现系统的初步开发。第一,本研究通过对国内外BIM技术应用情况与国内外算量软件应用情况的调研,并结合BIM在造价软件方面的应用,确定了钢筋算量软件研发的基本需求。第二,通过对标准案例工程钢筋设计图纸的分析,在Revit参数化设计的基础上,结合手工钢筋算量的计算过程,确定了以构件模型与Excel钢筋数据相关联,实现构件与钢筋为一体、实时联动,并以钢筋算量标准规范为计算依据的钢筋算量新思路。同时,在此基础上完成了算量系统的流程、主要模块功能以及界面的设计。第三,提取CAD图纸钢筋表格信息,并对钢筋表格样式展开研究,确定了系统研发初期所需要的基本表格样式-Rebar Schedule,并研发程序,实现了CAD原始数据表格到Rebar Schedule的自动转变。第四,完成算量系统配置文件的设置与读入,实现了系统的基本功能,并利用案例工程对系统进行了测试,实现了利用现有Revit模型,高效,快速统计钢筋量的功能。上述研究解决了基于BIM技术的工程结构钢筋算量过程中存在的诸多问题,为钢筋算量系统的进一步研制,以及BIM技术的发展应用奠定了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Reinforcement engineering has the advantages of strong, durable, good fire resistance, low cost and so on. It is an important structural form in building engineering. The engineering calculation software has been widely used in the calculation process of the reinforcement quantity of the engineering structure, which improves the working efficiency and accuracy of the calculation personnel to a certain extent. However, limited by technology and working mode, there are still various problems. With the development and application of (Building Information modeling technology, the traditional working mode of cost engineering industry has been impacted. The calculation technique of steel bar has also changed. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a reinforcement calculation system for engineering structure based on BIM technology. This research is the initial work of the research and development of the reinforcement calculation system of engineering structure based on BIM technology. The goal is to determine the new idea of the research and development of the reinforcement calculation system of Revit on the basis of determining the software requirement. Complete the system workflow and the design of the main functional modules, and achieve the initial development of the system. Firstly, through the investigation of the application of BIM technology at home and abroad and the application of calculation software at home and abroad, combined with the application of BIM in the cost software, the basic requirements of the software research and development of steel bar calculation quantity are determined. Secondly, through the analysis of the design drawings of steel bar in standard case engineering, on the basis of Revit parametric design and the calculation process of manual steel bar, it is determined that the component model is associated with the data of Excel steel bar to realize the integration of component and steel bar. A new train of thought for calculation of steel bar based on real-time linkage and standard code for calculation of steel bar. At the same time, the flow chart, main module function and interface design of the calculation system are completed. Thirdly, the CAD drawing steel bar table information is extracted, and the steel bar table style is studied, and the basic table style-Rebar form is determined, and the program is developed to realize the automatic transformation from the CAD original data table to the Rebar Schedule. Fourthly, the setup and reading of the system configuration file are completed, the basic functions of the system are realized, and the system is tested by case engineering, and the function of using the existing Revit model to count the steel bar quantity efficiently and quickly is realized. The above research solves many problems existing in the process of calculation of reinforcement in engineering structures based on BIM technology, and lays a solid foundation for the further development of the calculation system of steel bar and the development and application of BIM technology.
