北部自来水厂工程项目的计划与控制研究

【摘要】:社会和国家的发展离不开民生服务,离不开基础建设项目。如今我国的建筑业快速发展,工程项目管理技术也突飞猛进,但兼具这两行业公性的北部自来水厂工程项目的相关研究却比较匮乏。本人基于多年自来水公司工作经验,结合项目管理专业的学习,以一北部自来水厂工程项目为例展开研究。本论文基于北部自来水厂工程项目的计划与控制的研究背景和意义入手,同时介绍了国内外该领域项目计划和控制的发展情况与现状。本文选取北部自来水厂工程项目作为研究对象,参考了公司项目管理流程,结合该项目的特点进行了探讨,并重点基于项目的计划与项目控制两个环节进行了深入研究。在项目计划方面,本文通过案例主要采用了工作结构分解,引入项目计划表。同时根据该项目的特点,通过关键路径法优化项目计划表,缩短了工期,通过关键链方法分析项目。在项目控制方面,主要采用了事前、事中、事后控制的方法,从该项目的前期拆迁控制、施工控制、取用原水水质控制生产工艺,出厂水控制等方面进行了分析。本文的研究对于北部自来水厂工程项目计划和控制管理具有重大的指导意义与应用意义。这些成果为公司上马项目,实现生产提供了有力帮助,并为今后的深入研究奠定重要的基础。
[Abstract]:Social and national development can not be separated from people's livelihood services, can not do without infrastructure projects. Nowadays, the construction industry in our country is developing rapidly, and the engineering project management technology is also advancing by leaps and bounds. Based on years of working experience in water supply company and the study of project management, I take the project of a North Waterworks as an example. Based on the research background and significance of the project planning and control in North Waterworks, this paper introduces the development and status quo of project planning and control in this field at home and abroad. This paper selects the project of the North Waterworks as the research object, referring to the project management process of the company, discusses the characteristics of the project, and focuses on the two links of project planning and project control. In the aspect of project planning, this paper mainly adopts the work structure decomposition and introduces the project schedule. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the project, the project schedule is optimized by the critical path method, and the duration of the project is shortened, and the project is analyzed by the critical chain method. In the aspect of project control, the methods of pre-project, in-process and post-project control are mainly adopted. The analysis is carried out from the aspects of pre-demolition control, construction control, raw water quality control, production technology and ex-factory water control and so on. The research of this paper has great guiding significance and application significance for the project planning and control management of the north waterworks. These results provide a powerful help for the company to start the project and realize the production, and lay an important foundation for further research in the future.
