谈双重技术标准下的管线成图与入库系统优化设计

【摘要】:随着老城区地下管线问题越来越突出、新城镇化建设进程加快,国家对地下管线管理维护和信息化建设工作也越来越重视。2015年至今全国各地均开展了管线普查和信息化建设工作。本文以海口市为例,在Auto CAD平台下,采用数据库动态链接技术和C/S架构,阐述如何利用数据库技术、网络技术和GIS技术等手段,在国标和地标双重标准框架下,开发符合双重技术标准的《地下管线制图与入库系统(海口市版)》,实现了管线普查Excel数据检核纠错、动态修改、快速综合制图、查询统计、3D分析和输出等功能,为海口市的地下管线建设信息化管理提供了快速高效的技术服务。
[Abstract]:As the problem of underground pipelines in old urban areas becomes more and more prominent, the process of new urbanization construction accelerates. More and more attention has been paid to the management, maintenance and information construction of underground pipelines. Since 2015, the general survey and information construction of pipelines have been carried out all over the country. This paper takes Haikou City as an example, under the Auto CAD platform, uses the database dynamic link technology and the C / S structure, expounds how to use the database technology, the network technology and the GIS technology, under the national standard and the landmarks double standard frame. The development of the underground pipeline mapping and storage system (Haikou City Edition), which meets the double technical standards, has realized the functions of Excel data checking and correcting, dynamic modification, rapid comprehensive cartography, query and statistics, 3D analysis and output, etc. It provides rapid and efficient technical service for underground pipeline construction information management in Haikou City.
