冷凝式燃气热风炉在重庆地区的适用性研究

【摘要】:冷凝式燃气热风炉能高效的吸收燃气释放的热量,跟常规热风炉尽量避免烟气水蒸气冷凝的条件不同,冷凝式热风炉最大限度的冷凝水蒸气,充分将排烟温度降到最低,其低位热值热效率能提高至100%以上。本文的研究对象是重庆某地区,结合重庆地区的气象特点,主要对冷凝式燃气热风炉在室内运行时,对系统冷凝式换热器进行性能测试、节能性分析,测量室内环境参数和能量消耗量,分析不同工况下环境舒适度和耗能量,与实测柜式空调的室内环境舒适度和经济节能性进行比较。本课题研究的冷凝式燃气热风炉最佳设定温度推荐为20℃时;冷凝式换热器排烟温度降到35℃~45℃时,理论上低位热效率提高到了107%~109%,实际上可以提高到105%~107%;实际冷凝率随排烟温度变化趋势与理论冷凝率随排烟温度变化趋势一致,但在同一排烟温度下,实际冷凝率要略小于理论冷凝率;动态热效率和冷凝率均比稳态冷凝率稍大。在节能性比较中,可以得到冷凝式燃气热风炉在长时间(≥4h)连续运行时节能优势较明显。在热风炉运行时,室内舒适性参数均能满足标准要求,而柜式空调室内环境大部分达不到标准要求,热风炉室内PMV指标均在-0.5~+0.5之间,但柜式空调采暖室内环境稍凉,热风炉室内吹风险PD及垂直温差PD均比柜式空调低;另一方面,冷凝式热风炉相比柜式空调运行11h以上、相比传统热风炉运行4h以上时的投资回收期均在机组寿命1/2即10年以下,在这种特定的情况下相比较而言,具有更好的经济节能性。
[Abstract]:Condensed gas hot air furnaces can efficiently absorb the heat released from gas. Different from the conditions in which conventional hot air furnaces try to avoid condensation of flue gas steam, condensing steam is condensed to the maximum extent in the condensed hot air stove, and the exhaust gas temperature is fully reduced to the lowest. Its low calorific value thermal efficiency can be increased to more than 100%. The research object of this paper is a certain area of Chongqing, combined with the meteorological characteristics of Chongqing area, the performance test and energy saving analysis of condensed gas hot air stove are mainly carried out when the condensed gas hot air stove is running indoors. The indoor environmental parameters and energy consumption were measured, and the environmental comfort and energy consumption under different working conditions were analyzed.
