深圳北站枢纽项目施工阶段工程质量风险管理研究
[Abstract]:Shenzhen North Railway Station is an efficient transportation hub for the national high-speed railway and Shenzhen city traffic. It is a multi-mode transportation center that integrates high-speed railway stations, long-distance buses, subways, buses, taxis and social vehicles. At the same time a commercial service. However, at present, the level of engineering quality risk management in China is relatively backward. How to ensure the construction quality of large engineering projects such as integrated transportation hub and reduce the risk of quality and safety is a difficult problem for all stakeholders of large-scale engineering projects. This paper takes Shenzhen North Railway Station as the research object. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign related literature, combined with the characteristics of this project, such as large scale, complex project, numerous crossover and difficult construction technology, the questionnaire survey and analysis are carried out. A risk index system of engineering quality in the construction stage of Shenzhen North Railway Station is constructed, which includes five factors: personnel factor, material factor, method factor, mechanical and equipment factor and environmental factor. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the project quality risk in the construction stage of the project. It is concluded that the engineering quality risk in the construction stage of the project is between "light risk" and "general risk". And it is very close to the level of "general risk", so the project related personnel should attach great importance to the project quality risk, in addition, the mechanical and environmental factors have the greatest influence on the project quality risk, and should also be paid attention to. Finally, this paper puts forward the basic idea of the project quality risk control in the construction stage of the project, and constructs the risk management system of concrete risk identification, risk evaluation, risk response and risk monitoring. Some control strategies such as perfecting management system, strict management procedure, standardizing construction and supervision, increasing investment and strengthening preventive measures are put forward for different kinds of quality risks.
