自动三翻广告牌流场及关键部件受力计算与分析
[Abstract]:In this paper, the billboards on the roof of busy street buildings are large in volume, large in wind resistance, often destroyed under the strong wind, and have a large hidden danger of safety, resulting in a lot of casualties and property losses. A new type of large three-sided flip billboard with guide plate is designed. The billboard has the advantages of simple structure and convenient installation. It can greatly reduce the wind resistance, improve the fluidity, safety and reliability of the billboard, and it does not need to install a huge supporting steel frame behind the billboard, so that the volume of the billboard can be reduced. The cost is greatly reduced, but also increases the energy efficiency of billboards. Based on the theory of hydrodynamics and hydrodynamics, a new 3D model of large automatic triple turn billboard under wind load is established by using SolidWorks software. By using Fluent software, the paper analyzes various situations when the three prism column rotates at different angles and wind loads in different directions, and obtains the flow field, pressure and velocity distribution of the billboard. Secondly, by improving the structure of the automatic triple flip billboard, the whole board is changed into a staggered inside and outside two layer diversion plate, in order to optimize the wind resistance of the billboard and improve the reliability of the billboard. The flow field, pressure and velocity distribution of the improved billboard under different conditions are analyzed by using Fluent software. The results obtained are compared with those before the improvement. It is proved that the improved structure reduces the wind resistance and improves the safety of the billboard. Finally, the static analysis and modal analysis of the improved key parts of the automatic triple turn billboard are carried out by using ANSYS software to analyze the deformation and stress, and to check whether the strength of the key parts is up to the allowable standard.
