变截面软钢剪切阻尼器试验研究

【摘要】:普通软钢剪切屈服阻尼器的低周疲劳破坏常发生在加劲肋焊缝热影响区。为了提高软钢剪切阻尼器的低周疲劳性能,相关研究提出了耗能区域无焊缝的变截面软钢剪切阻尼器,并对其进行了形状优化。该文根据该优化结果,设计了5个变截面软钢剪切阻尼器试件并进行了拟静力试验研究。试验中考察了不同宽度和高度的阻尼器在往复荷载下的力学性能。试验结果显示,试件出现了不同程度的面外屈曲,屈曲程度与耗能板高度和宽度相关。在ABAQUS中建立了该阻尼器的有限元模型,并利用该有限元模型对试验结果进行了补充。根据试验与有限元计算结果,提出了该软钢剪切阻尼器屈服位移,屈服承载力以及面外变形的计算公式。
[Abstract]:The low cycle fatigue failure of the shear yield damper of mild steel usually occurs in the heat-affected zone of stiffened ribbed weld. In order to improve the low cycle fatigue performance of soft steel shear dampers, a variable section soft steel shear damper with no weld in the energy dissipation region was proposed and its shape was optimized. Based on the optimized results, five specimens of soft steel shear dampers with variable cross section were designed and studied by pseudostatic test. The mechanical properties of dampers with different widths and heights under reciprocating loads were investigated. The results show that there are different degrees of out-of-plane buckling, and the degree of buckling is related to the height and width of the energy dissipation plate. The finite element model of the damper is established in ABAQUS and the experimental results are supplemented by the finite element model. Based on the experimental and finite element results, the formulas for calculating yield displacement, yield bearing capacity and out-of-plane deformation of the soft steel shear damper are presented.
