基于视线分析的居住区空间尺度研究

【摘要】：居住区外部空间问题一直是研究的重点,尤其是在房地产开发业迅猛发展的今天,居住区的风格多种多样,但是开发商建设的重点放在景观环境上,忽视了空间的功能和相应的尺度。许多居住区外部空间的设计由于未能有效解决其空间缺陷、发挥居住区的空间特色,而使户外空间失去魅力,严重影响居民的户外生活。在社会迅猛发展的今天,尽管社会生活的步伐加快,人们对于户外生活及面对面交往的渴望日渐加强。而居住区户外空间是能让人们放松心情、卸下心防,敞开怀抱与他人交流的最便捷的地方。户外空间的好坏直接影响人们户外生活与交往的质量。因此,居住区户外空间设计显得尤为重要。文章通过数据分析、案例考察,结合建筑学、规划学、环境心理学理论、场所空间理论等学科理论知识对居住区空间层次的现状进行分析和归纳总结,探讨相关的设计形式和手法。并将GIS的视线分析技术和环境心理学、环境行为学相结合运用到居住区空间设计中,探讨居住区不同空间层次的尺度。首先分析了居住区现存的一些外部空间设计上的问题,归括概纳了居住区层次和各层次空间特点,以及居民在各类空间中的行为活动种类,心理类型等。通过利用GIS的视线分析技术手段,模拟人的视线范围,测出空间开敞度数值,对居住区空间结构,以及各层次的居住区空间尺度、形状等进行分析,对多种形态进行对比,并综合前人的对空间尺度的分析,得出新的观点,对居住区外部空间层次,尺度进行指导设计。
[Abstract]:The external space of residential area has been the focus of the research, especially in the rapid development of the real estate industry today, the residential area has a variety of styles, but developers focus on the construction of the landscape environment, The function of space and the corresponding scale are ignored. The design of the outer space of many residential areas can not effectively solve its space defects and give play to the spatial characteristics of the residential area, which makes the outdoor space lose its charm and seriously affect the outdoor life of the residents. With the rapid development of society, despite the rapid pace of social life, people's desire for outdoor life and face to face communication has been strengthened day by day. Residential outdoor space is the most convenient place for people to relax, unwind, open their arms and communicate with others. The quality of outdoor space directly affects the quality of people's outdoor life and communication. Therefore, residential outdoor space design is particularly important. Through data analysis, case study, combined with architecture, planning, environmental psychology theory, place space theory and other disciplines, this paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation of residential space level. Discuss the related design form and technique. GIS's line of sight analysis technology, environmental psychology and environmental behavior are applied to the design of residential space, and the scale of different spatial levels of residential area is discussed. This paper first analyzes some problems in the design of the existing outer space of the residential area, including the level of residential area and the characteristics of each level of space, as well as the types of behavior and psychological types of residents in all kinds of space. Through the use of GIS's line of sight analysis technology, simulating the range of human line of sight, measuring the value of spatial openness, analyzing the spatial structure of residential area, as well as the spatial scale and shape of residential area at all levels, and comparing various forms. Based on the previous analysis of spatial scale, a new viewpoint is obtained to guide the design of the level and scale of the outer space of residential area.
