交通建筑绿色设计与评估方法研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,公众对交通的要求不断提升,在满足基本出行服务、让旅客“走得了”的基础上,进一步要求改善交通运输服务质量、提升服务水平,追求“走得好”。为实现交通运输一体化服务,融合多种运输方式的交通枢纽成为我国建设的重点交通基础设施。目前全国范围内已经先后建成一大批典型的交通建筑。交通建筑具有体量巨大、流线组织复杂、面向公众范围广泛的特点,开展绿色设计更具意义。相比于一般性公共建筑,交通建筑绿色设计采用的设计技术、评估方法也有所区别。在交通建筑快速发展的当下,研究其绿色设计也更具实际意义。本文梳理了国内外典型的建筑绿色设计技术及评估方法,研究了交通建筑绿色设计的特殊内涵,在此基础上,提出交通建筑绿色设计首先应重视交通组织与工艺流程设计,并将其纳入绿色评价指标体系中。本文全面分析交通建筑在实行绿色设计时需考虑的几个方面,包括交通流线(车行、人行)组织方面、节地与室外环境方面、节能与能源利用方面、节水与水资源利用方面、节材与材料资源利用方面、室内环境质量方面、施工管理方面与运营管理方面。为避免常规评估方法中指标权重系数取值的主观性,本文在模糊综合评价方法中,采用变权重系数的方法,针对某一具体的交通建筑,根据其具体特点,采用针对性的权重系数,更加科学合理。本文结合交通建筑的具体特点,建立系统全面的评价指标体系,同时引进适用、具备可操作性的数学工具,构建客观性较强的多层次模糊评价模型。并通过实例,验证了本文所提出的交通建筑绿色设计与评估方法的可行性。本文通过分析论证交通建筑绿色设计技术与评估方法,为交通建筑绿色设计提供了有益参考,为研究大型交通枢纽绿色设计对周边区域城市规划产生的深远影响奠定基础。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the public's demand for transportation has been continuously raised. On the basis of satisfying the basic travel service and letting passengers "get away", further demands are made to improve the quality of transportation service, enhance the level of service, and pursue "go well". At present, a large number of typical traffic buildings have been built throughout the country. Traffic buildings have the characteristics of huge volume, complicated streamline organization and wide range of public, so it is more meaningful to carry out green design. In the rapid development of traffic buildings, it is of more practical significance to study their green design. This paper combs the typical domestic and foreign green design techniques and evaluation methods, studies the special connotation of green design of traffic buildings, and puts forward that the green design of traffic buildings should be emphasized first. According to traffic organization and process flow design, and incorporate it into the green evaluation index system, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of several aspects to be considered in the green design of traffic buildings, including traffic flow line (vehicle, pedestrian) organization, land and outdoor environment, energy conservation and energy utilization, water and water resources utilization, and material saving. In order to avoid the subjectivity of the index weight coefficient in the conventional evaluation method, this paper adopts the method of variable weight coefficient in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, aiming at a specific traffic building, according to its specific characteristics, and adopts pertinence. The weight coefficient is more scientific and reasonable. Combining with the specific characteristics of traffic buildings, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system, introduces suitable and operable mathematical tools, and constructs a multi-level fuzzy evaluation model with strong objectivity. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of green design technology and evaluation method for traffic buildings, which provides a useful reference for the green design of traffic buildings and lays a foundation for the study of the far-reaching impact of green design for large-scale traffic hub on the urban planning of surrounding areas.
