河南方城钾长石在炻质陶瓷薄板外墙砖中的应用研究

【摘要】:为了探讨河南方城钾长石在炻质陶瓷薄板中应用的可行性,研究了河南方城钾长石的工艺性能,采用钾长石、滑石、高岭土、煅烧铝矾土等为原料,设计并制备了适用于建筑外墙装饰用的炻质薄板砖,并研究了钾长石添加量对陶瓷薄板组成、结构及性能的影响。结果表明,添加钾长石34.26%经1 070℃烧成的样品性能最佳,抗折强度达111.15MPa,吸水率为4.70%、气孔率10.77%、体积密度2.29g/cm3、烧成收缩5.49%,相关性能达到了GB/T 23266—2009,样品的相组成为石英、顽火辉石以及莫来石。方城钾长石达到了特级品标准,可用于制备陶瓷薄板。方城钾长石高温液相粘度较高,在烧成温度范围内可减少样品烧成过程中的形变,但烧成温度较低使液相无法充分填充气孔,烧成温度较高又不利于内部气孔排除,导致坯体致密度和强度降低。
[Abstract]:In order to study the feasibility of the application of potassium feldspar in stoneware ceramic sheet, the technological properties of potassium feldspar in Fangcheng County, Henan Province were studied. Potassium feldspar, talc, kaolin and calcined bauxite were used as raw materials. The stoneware sheet brick suitable for exterior wall decoration was designed and prepared. The effect of potassium feldspar addition on the composition, structure and properties of ceramic sheet was studied.
