基于城市生态安全格局的阜新市空间管制规划研究
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization, the rapid expansion of urban population and urban sprawl has brought great pressure to natural resources and ecological environment, and a series of ecological problems have emerged one after another. Adopting effective planning method to ensure the urban ecological security in the urban expansion becomes the problem that must be considered in the sustainable development of the city. The new Urban Planning Establishment method and the Urban-Rural Planning Law issued successively by the National Construction Department, based on the reflection of the disadvantages of the traditional planning methods, have brought forward tremendous changes in the planning method system and so on. Space control is also one of the products of change. However, from the current research and practice results, no matter in the theoretical research, technical practice or policy level, the research on spatial control at the regional level has not yet formed a complete planning system, and the research results are relatively one-sided. Lack of operable practical methods. On the whole, the research results are still relatively weak. Based on the in-depth analysis of urban ecological security, the pattern of urban ecological security and the connotation of spatial control, the relevant theories and practical experiences at home and abroad are systematically summarized. In order to solve the contradiction between ecological protection and urban construction in the rapid development of city, the spatial control planning method based on urban ecological security pattern is put forward. Firstly, based on the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of the ecological environment in Fuxin City, according to the main ecological problems affecting the development of Fuxin City, the paper selects the factors of ecological bottleneck and adopts the theory of Factor Ecology. Methods such as ecological sensitivity analysis, based on GIS technology, on the basis of ecological bottleneck factor sensitivity evaluation, the construction of ecological security pattern of sustainable development; secondly, according to the anti-planning theory, By combining the level evaluation of the urban ecological security pattern with the spatial control zoning, the space control area is divided for the purpose of ensuring the urban ecological security. Thirdly, according to the ecological service function, Fuxin city is divided into different management zones. According to the dominant ecological function of each management district, the specific strategies of spatial control of different control zones are put forward. Finally, the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions for the implementation of spatial control planning.
