某教学楼钢筋混凝土框架加固设计研究

【摘要】:改革开放30多年来,随着国家经济飞速发展,城市的建筑如雨后春笋大批建成;但是我国是一个多地震国家,尤其是近十年以来的地震给人民生命和财产造成很大的损失;2008年汶川大地震后,国家比较修订了抗震规范,也要求各省市对学校主要教学楼进行检测鉴定,对不满足抗震规范要求的建筑结构进行加固,以保证学生的生命安全。本文针对某学校一栋教学楼,进行了检测、鉴定和抗震加固设计,为同类工程的抗震加固提供一些参考。本文首先综述了国内外对钢筋混凝土框架结构进行检测鉴定及常用的加固方法。然后,对某单位钢筋混凝土框架结构的教学楼进行了检测与鉴定,分析了各种加固方案的优缺点,设计了综合的加固方案:对于平面不规则之处,采用增加钢筋混凝土梁板的方法来增加结构的平面刚度;根据不同位置框架柱,分别采用加大截面法、外包钢加固法、外包钢和加大截面综合的加固法。框架梁的加固方法采用外包钢法和加大截面法。楼梯间砖墙采用钢绞线网-Ⅰ级聚合物砂浆抹面加固。通过上述加固设计,使原结构满足现行抗震规范要求。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, with the rapid development of national economy, urban buildings have been built in large numbers, but China is a multi-earthquake country, especially the earthquake in recent ten years has caused great losses to people's lives and property. After the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, the country has revised the seismic code comparatively, also requires each province and city to carry on the inspection appraisal to the school main teaching building, carries on the reinforcement to the building structure which does not meet the seismic code request, in order to guarantee the student's life safety. In this paper, a teaching building in a school is tested, identified and designed for seismic reinforcement, which provides some references for the seismic reinforcement of similar projects. This paper first summarizes the inspection and appraisal of reinforced concrete frame structure and the common reinforcement methods. Then, the paper tests and appraises the teaching building of a certain unit reinforced concrete frame structure, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various reinforcement schemes, and designs a comprehensive reinforcement scheme: for the irregular plane, The method of adding reinforced concrete beam and slab is adopted to increase the plane stiffness of the structure, and according to the different position of frame column, the method of increasing section, the method of steel reinforcement, the method of reinforcing steel and the method of comprehensive strengthening with increasing section are adopted respectively. The reinforcement method of frame beam adopts the method of encased steel and the method of increasing cross section. The masonry wall in the stairway is strengthened with steel wire mesh-grade I polymer mortar. Through the above reinforcement design, the original structure can meet the requirements of the current seismic code.
