间距对热薄型PMMA滴落行为的影响研究

【摘要】:实验研究平行于墙体的热薄型PMMA板的滴落行为,并进行理论分析。使用红外热成像仪记录滴落现象,使用电子秤记录样板质量。结果表明,随着材料与墙体的间距增大,滴落时间、滴落质量和滴落前后燃尽增长距离的数值均是先减小后增大,正面和背面的火焰高度差值逐渐减小,直至背面火焰高度超过正面,距离超过25 mm时间距的影响可以忽略。假设滴落行为与材料的表面净热通量、拉伸黏度以及熔化的PMMA所受到的重力有关。
[Abstract]:The dropping behavior of hot thin PMMA plate parallel to the wall is studied experimentally and analyzed theoretically. Infrared thermal imager is used to record drop phenomenon and electronic scale is used to record sample quality. The results show that with the increase of the distance between the material and the wall, the drop time, drop mass and the increase distance of burnout before and after dropping decrease first and then increase, and the difference of flame height between front and back decreases gradually. The influence of the distance over 25 mm is negligible until the flame height on the back is over the front. It is assumed that the drop behavior is related to the surface net heat flux, tensile viscosity and gravity of molten PMMA.
