哈尼梯田遗产区非典型传统村落人居环境良性发展研究

【摘要】：传统村落是中华传统文化的载体和活化石,作为社会群落的单元,其社会、经济变迁总是在区域文化的背景下展开的。然而快速的城市化正吞噬着村落的原有风貌,村落中的传统建筑、空间格局、自然环境、民风民俗等正在以极大的速度被愚昧而专横的破坏着,我们正无可奈何的看着他们渐渐远去……为了以“动态”、“活”的方式保护元阳哈尼梯田遗产区非典型传统村落,必须让非典型传统村落满足人们现代生活的空间和机能的需求,因为非典型传统村落的发展是建立在适应世世代代在此居住的村民的生活需求的,对其采用传统的静态保护和发展措施显然不能满足人们在此居住的要求,迫切需要对村落的部分形式与功能进行更新以适应现代生活的需要。本论文立足与适应现代生活的人居环境角度对元阳遗产区内非典型传统村落的保护与发展进行系统梳理研究,试图了解在现代化生活方式影响下的非典型传统村落以及建筑对元阳遗产区当地的环境、居民的生活产生什么样的影响及改变。本论文首先从人居环境科学的理论框架出发,对元阳遗产区内非典型传统村落的生态环境、人的需求与交往、空间增长模式、民居建筑文化、管理体制等五大系统方面进行了系统地、完整地剖析和梳理；其次结合人居环境科学的方法论分析了在现代生活方式的影响下非典型传统村落的现状存在的问题,在此基础上总结其异化的特点,即传承与变异、渐变和突变,进而对其异化的机制进行了不同层面的分析；接着从自然生态环境、人本主义、经济发展模式、空间发展机制、全局观、管理体制等方面提出了村落良性发展机制；最后以洞浦、勐品和麻栗寨村为例,对非典型传统村落保护与发展进行实证研究,验证理论的合理性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Traditional village is the carrier and living fossil of Chinese traditional culture. As a unit of social community, its social and economic changes are always carried out under the background of regional culture. However, the rapid urbanization is devouring the original style of the village, the traditional architecture, the space pattern, the natural environment, the folk custom and so on in the village are being destroyed by ignorance and domineering at a great speed. We are helplessly watching them fade away. In order to protect the atypical traditional villages in the heritage area of Hani terrace in Yuanyang in a "dynamic" and "alive" way, it is necessary to let the atypical traditional villages meet the needs of the space and function of people's modern life. Because the development of atypical traditional villages is built to meet the living needs of the villagers who have lived here for generations, it is obvious that the adoption of traditional static protection and development measures cannot meet the needs of people living here. It is urgent to update some forms and functions of villages to meet the needs of modern life. In this paper, the protection and development of atypical traditional villages in the heritage area of Yuanyang are systematically studied from the perspective of human settlement environment which adapts to modern life. This paper attempts to understand the impact of atypical traditional villages and buildings on the local environment of Yuanyang heritage area, and what kind of impact and changes the residents' life has brought about under the influence of modern way of life. Based on the theoretical framework of human settlement science, this paper first analyzes the ecological environment, human needs and communication, spatial growth model, residential architecture culture of atypical traditional villages in Yuanyang Heritage area. The management system and other five systems are systematically analyzed and combed. Secondly, the problems existing in the current situation of atypical traditional villages under the influence of modern lifestyle are analyzed in combination with the methodology of human settlements science. On this basis, it summarizes the characteristics of alienation, that is, inheritance and variation, gradual change and mutation, and then analyzes the mechanism of alienation from different levels, then from the natural ecological environment, humanism, economic development model, spatial development mechanism, Finally, taking the villages of Dongpu, Mong Pin and Ma Li Zhai as examples, the paper makes an empirical study on the protection and development of atypical traditional villages, and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the theory.
