PVC塑料建筑模板的材料力学性能试验研究

【摘要】:研究PVC塑料建筑模板的基本力学性能,在混凝土水化热模拟试验条件下的伸缩性能及低温试验性能,结果表明PVC塑料建筑模板的比强度为55.1 N·m/kg,高出其他塑料建筑模板60%以上;平均线膨胀系数为2.4×10~( 5)/℃,与混凝土较为接近,且二者具备良好的协调变形能力。低温条件下弯曲强度、拉伸强度、冲击强度表现优异,能满足一般冬季环境的施工要求。
[Abstract]:The basic mechanical properties of PVC plastic building formwork are studied. The tensile properties and low temperature test properties of PVC plastic building formwork under the condition of hydration heat simulation test are studied. The results show that the specific strength of PVC plastic building formwork is 55.1 N / kg, which is more than 60% higher than that of other plastic building formwork.
