基于自发性空间实践的历史街区更新设计研究

【摘要】：在快速建造和效率优先的城镇化大背景下,历史街区的存在一直处于一个十分尴尬的地位。大规模的建设缺少不了严谨有序的统一规划,在更新改造之时必然会进行统一拆除、统一更新、统一重建。自上而下的更新模式无疑提高了效率,控制了不确定因素,但同时也束缚了使用主体自身的个性。从而造成了单一的形式,雷同的业态,历史街区里原本那份浓浓的生活味儿却消失殆尽,文化的传承也就此被割裂。本文以自发性空间实践为切入点,通过调研观察历史街区中居民自发进行的空间实践活动,分析归纳这些实践对历史街区空间环境活力营造以及人文气息延续所产生的影响,在此基础上试图探讨一种以空间使用者为主导的更新策略,从设计与建造阶段和使用过程中的调整阶段两个方面进行探讨。全文共分为五章,第一章叙述了城镇化快速进程下历史街区更新改造过程中所面临的问题,从而确定了论文的研究背景；第二章阐述了关于自发性空间实践的一系列概念,从而确定了论文的切入点；第三章分析了自发性空间实践对历史街区的活力提升所产生影响与意义；第四章探讨了历史街区更新设计与建造环节中的自发性空间实践的实现途径,从设计与建造过程中的居民参与以及居民主导的个体营造两个方面进行探讨；第五章在历史街区更新过程中的使用调整环节,探讨了对自发性空间实践进行弹性激发的可能性以及策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid construction and priority of urbanization, the existence of historical blocks has always been in an awkward position. Large-scale construction can not lack strict and orderly unified planning, in the renewal and transformation of the United demolition, unified renewal, unified reconstruction. The top-down update model undoubtedly improves the efficiency and controls the uncertain factors, but it also restrains the individual character of the user itself. Thus creating a single form, the same form of business, the original historical block of the thick flavor of life has disappeared, the cultural heritage has been cut off. This article takes the spontaneous space practice as the breakthrough point, through the investigation and observation residents' spontaneous space practice activity, analyzes and sums up these practices to the historical district space environment vigor construction and the humanities breath continuation produces the influence. On this basis, this paper attempts to discuss a space user-led renewal strategy from the design and construction stages and the adjustment phase in the process of use. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the problems in the process of renewal and transformation of historical blocks under the rapid process of urbanization, which determines the research background of the paper. Chapter two describes a series of concepts about the practice of spontaneous space. The third chapter analyzes the impact and significance of spontaneous spatial practice on the promotion of the vitality of historical blocks. Chapter four discusses the ways to realize the practice of spontaneous space in the design and construction of historic district renewal, from the aspects of resident participation in the process of design and construction and the individual construction dominated by residents. Chapter five discusses the possibility and strategy of elastic excitation to the practice of spontaneous space in the process of historical district renewal.
