资源枯竭型村庄发展规划对策探析——以山西蒲县太林村为例

【摘要】：资源枯竭型村庄作为资源型地区的组成部分之一,其经济基础弱、规模小和产业结构脆弱,随着自然资源的日益枯竭,产业衰落、生态环境恶劣、布局杂乱和设施建设落后等问题日益突出,面临的挑战更加严重。文章以山西省蒲县太林村为例,通过分析其面临的问题,分别从经济发展、生态保护、村庄布局和基础设施建设四方面提出相应的发展对策,以期为其他资源枯竭型村庄的发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:As one of the components of resource-based areas, resource-exhausted villages have a weak economic base, a small scale and a fragile industrial structure. With the depletion of natural resources, industrial decline, ecological environment is abominable. The problems of messy layout and backward facilities construction are increasingly prominent, and the challenges are more serious. Taking Tailin Village in Puxian County, Shanxi Province as an example, through analyzing the problems it faces, this paper puts forward corresponding development countermeasures from four aspects: economic development, ecological protection, village layout and infrastructure construction. In order to provide reference for the development of other resource exhausted villages.
