现阶段建筑工程造价管理存在的问题与对策

【摘要】：本文在分析建筑工程造价管理相关概念和意义的基础上,重点就我国建筑工程造价管理中存在的问题、影响因素以及应对策略进行重点研究,积极探索切实可行、易操作、具有实际指导意义的工程造价管理模式,希望对改进建筑工程造价管理质量、提高建筑工程项目管理水平能够有所帮助。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the related concepts and significance of construction engineering cost management, this paper focuses on the problems, influencing factors and countermeasures in the construction engineering cost management in China, and actively explores the feasibility and ease of operation. It is hoped that the practical guiding engineering cost management mode will be helpful to improve the quality of construction cost management and improve the management level of construction project.
