绿色建筑节水节能技术在某高层建筑给排水设计中的应用

【摘要】:绿色建筑是在建筑的全寿命周期内,最大限度地节约资源(节能、节地、节水、节材)、保护环境和减少污染,为人们提供健康、舒适和高效的适用空间,与自然和谐共生的建筑。给排水系统是绿色建筑的重要组成部分,其设计应依据当地气候、水资源特点、本地区经济发展、给排水工程情况、居民用水习惯及区域水专项规划等,制定给排水系统的规划方案。本文基于广州市某高层办公楼绿色建筑给排水系统的设计,以《广东省绿色建筑评价标准》为依据,结合实际,对绿色建筑给排水系统节水节能技术措施进行研究,分析节水节能措施在该绿色建筑高层办公楼给排水系统设计中的应用。本文指出绿色建筑中的节水措施有:控制超压出流、分质供排水、中水回用、雨水利用、采用节水器具、减少管网漏损、减少热水系统的无效冷水,采用科学节水灌溉方式等。节能措施主要有:分区分压供水,并使用变频泵减少供水能耗;充分利用太阳能作为热源加热建筑内所需热水;采用节水器具,节约供水能耗。在本项目中除了中水回用和减少热水系统的无效冷水外,其他措施都有不同程度的应用。而在节能方面项目充分考虑市政管网余压,分区分压供水,并采用变频泵、节水器具节约供水能耗。本项目中因没有热水系统,故未设置太阳能装置。文中还分析了本项目节水与水资源利用达标情况,该工程参照《绿色建筑评价标准》中一星级绿色建筑,以及《广东省绿色建筑评价标准》一星A级的规划设计要求,综合分析现有节水节能技术,选用适合本工程的节水节能方案。通过采用综合优化设计、适宜的应用技术及运营管理等措施,本项目当前初步设计条件完全达到绿色建筑一星(省标一星A)的要求。本论文以《广东省绿色建筑评价标准》为基础,以广州“某高层办公楼给排水系统设计”为依托,对绿色建筑给排水系统节水节能的技术措施做出分析和讨论,为绿色建筑的给排水系统节水节能设计提供相应的经验和参数,为提高绿色建筑给排水工程设计水平做出贡献。
[Abstract]:Green building is to save resources (energy saving, land saving, water saving, material saving), protect the environment and reduce pollution, and provide healthy, comfortable and efficient space for people in the whole life cycle of the building. A building in harmony with nature. Water supply and drainage system is an important part of green building. Its design should be based on local climate, characteristics of water resources, local economic development, water supply and drainage engineering situation, residents' water usage and regional water special planning, etc. Draw up the plan of water supply and drainage system. Based on the design of water supply and sewerage system of a high-rise office building in Guangzhou, based on the Evaluation Standard of Green Building in Guangdong Province, this paper studies the technical measures of saving water and energy in water supply and sewerage system of green building. This paper analyzes the application of water saving and energy saving measures in the design of water supply and drainage system of the green building high-rise office building. This paper points out that the water-saving measures in green building include: controlling the overpressure discharge, dividing the quality of water supply and drainage, reusing the reclaimed water, using Rain Water, adopting water-saving apparatus, reducing the leakage of pipe network, reducing the invalid cold water of hot water system, adopting scientific water-saving irrigation method, etc. The energy saving measures are as follows: partial pressure water supply and frequency conversion pump are used to reduce the energy consumption of water supply; solar energy is used as heat source to heat the hot water needed in the building; water saving apparatus is used to save energy consumption of water supply. In this project, except for reclaimed water reuse and reduction of ineffective cold water in hot water system, other measures have been applied to varying degrees. In the aspect of energy saving, the residual pressure of municipal pipe network, the divisional pressure water supply, and the frequency conversion pump are taken into account. The water-saving apparatus saves the energy consumption of water supply. Because there is no hot water system in this project, there is no solar installation. The paper also analyzes the water saving and water resources utilization standard of the project. The project refers to the planning and design requirements of the first star green building in the "Green Building Evaluation Standard" and the "Green Building Evaluation Standard of Guangdong Province". Comprehensive analysis of the existing water-saving and energy-saving technology, the selection of water-saving and energy-saving project suitable for the project. By adopting comprehensive optimum design, suitable application technology and operation management, the preliminary design conditions of this project are completely up to the requirement of one star (one star A) in green building. Based on the Evaluation Standard of Green Building in Guangdong Province and the design of water supply and drainage system in a high-rise office building in Guangzhou, this paper analyzes and discusses the technical measures of saving water and energy in water supply and drainage system of green building. It provides relevant experience and parameters for water saving and energy saving design of green building water supply and drainage system, and contributes to improving the design level of green building water supply and drainage engineering.
