地下水源热泵项目应用Partnering模式的研究

【摘要】:目前,地下水源热泵系统的设计、安装和运行存在一些问题,原因究其根本是地下水源热泵项目各参与方对项目预期达到的目标不一致以及彼此之间不信任,本文拟将Partnering模式运用到地下水源热泵项目的建设及运营中,探索地下水源热泵项目的Partnering模式,保证企业的经济利益与地下水资源可持续利用的双赢。文章研究了地下水源热泵项目应用Partnering模式的情况,基于地下水源热泵在立项阶段、施工阶段和运行阶段三个生命周期中涉及的任务和参与方,提出了不同生命周期的关键成功因素。其次,建立Partnering模式关键成功因素的解释结构模型,分析9个关键成功因素之间的相互关系,确定地下水源热泵项目应用Partnering模式的关键成功因素。然后,采用单次非合作博弈解释了地下水源热泵项目的“囚徒困境”产生原因,并在此基础上将一次博弈变为无限次重复博弈,分析博弈双方的合作策略演化。研究结果表明博弈双方的收益将由一次合作收益转变为在意长期合作带来的总收益。为了避免在下一次的博弈中因为背信而受到惩罚,即获得较低的收益,双方会自觉的在每一轮的博弈中自觉的选择合作策略,进而建立起合作双方的信任机制。同时,在以上分析的基础上建立了地下水源热泵项目Partnering模式的一般工作流程并提出了Partnering协议的制定流程。本研究为Partnering模式在地下水源热泵的应用提供了理论与实践借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the design, installation and operation of the groundwater source heat pump system. The reason is that the participants of the groundwater source heat pump project do not agree on the expected goals of the project and do not trust each other. In this paper, Partnering model is applied to the construction and operation of groundwater source heat pump project, and the Partnering mode of groundwater source heat pump project is explored to ensure the economic benefit of enterprise and the win-win situation of sustainable utilization of groundwater resource. In this paper, the application of Partnering model in groundwater source heat pump project is studied. Based on the tasks and participants involved in the three life cycles of groundwater source heat pump in the project establishment stage, construction stage and operation stage, the paper studies the application of the Partnering model in the groundwater source heat pump project. The key success factors of different life cycles are proposed. Secondly, an explanatory structural model of the key success factors of Partnering model is established, and the relationships among the nine key success factors are analyzed to determine the key success factors for the application of the Partnering model in the groundwater source heat pump project. Then, a single non-cooperative game is used to explain the "prisoner's dilemma" of the groundwater source heat pump project, and on this basis, the game is transformed into an infinite repeated game, and the evolution of cooperative strategies between the two sides of the game is analyzed. The results show that the benefit of both players will be changed from the one-time cooperation to the total benefit of long-term cooperation. In order to avoid being punished for breach of trust in the next game, that is to say, to obtain lower profit, both sides will consciously choose the cooperative strategy in each round of game, and then establish the trust mechanism of both sides. At the same time, on the basis of the above analysis, the general work flow of Partnering mode of groundwater source heat pump project is established, and the formulation flow of Partnering protocol is put forward. This study provides a theoretical and practical reference for the application of Partnering model in groundwater source heat pump.
