低洼地区建筑的抗浮设计与设防水位合理确定

【摘要】:针对低洼地区建筑抗浮设计不准确,设防水位不合理的问题,提出一种新的低洼地区建筑抗浮设计和设防水位确定方法。在分析工程所在的低洼地区地下水位分布情况及其所要承受的浮力值基础上,以某低洼地区建筑项目为例进行了详细的分析,给出了项目工程概况、所处位置的地质和建筑基础形式,提出了适合此项目的抗浮方法,并经过试验分析发现,在此项目中选择使用板下集中布桩的方式进行抗浮设计,在加上锚杆配筋及板内力计算确定了锚杆布置方式,增加了抗浮性能;同时设防水位取值分别为潜水水位埋深值约2.37 m,承压水水位埋深值约10.42 m时,为最合理,性能最优。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of inaccurate anti-floating design and unreasonable fortification water level of buildings in low-lying areas, a new anti-floating design and determination method of anti-floating water level for buildings in low-lying areas are proposed. On the basis of analyzing the distribution of underground water level and the buoyancy value of the low-lying area where the project is located, taking a construction project in a low-lying area as an example, the general situation of the project is given. In the geological and building foundation form of the location, the anti-floating method suitable for this project is put forward, and through the test and analysis, it is found that the anti-floating design is carried out by using the method of centralized pile distribution under the plate in this project. With the reinforcement of anchor rod and the calculation of internal force of plate, the arrangement mode of anchor rod is determined, and the anti-floating performance is increased. At the same time, when the value of defending water level is about 2.37 m for diving water level and 10.42 m for confined water level, it is the most reasonable and the best performance.
