亚洲城市中心区极核结构现象的定量研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化日益深化的时代背景下,全球范围内的联系与竞争加强,处于城市等级体系高端的城市对全球经济发展的影响力也日益加剧,使得全球范围内的高端生产要素向这些核心城市集聚,推动了城市规模的扩大及城市功能结构的优化提升。而作为城市公共服务设施集聚核心的城市中心区,是城市竞争力及经济发展的核心体现,也得到了长足的发展,形成了许多新的变化。从亚洲城市中心区的发展情况来看,位于城市等级体系高端的城市,其中心区的空间尺度规模、结构形态、功能构成、交通系统等均产生了突破性发展,出现了中心区硬核连绵化发展的趋势,形成了一种新的空间结构模式,可称为极核结构,而中心区向极核结构发展的趋势,则可称之为极核结构现象。中心区的极核结构现象,均产生于国际乃至全球的核心城市,是在国际及全球尺度上的高端生产要素的集聚,而产生的一种尺度巨大化、结构复杂化的结构模式。在我国成为世界第二大经济体的基础上,我国已有多个城市进入到亚洲乃至全球顶级城市的竞争序列。针对这一情况,本文以文化及地域背景相似度较高的亚洲为背景,对亚洲核心城市出现的中心区极核结构现象进行定量研究,总结其规律特征,并构建极核结构中心区的空间结构模式,为提升我国城市竞争力,构建更为合理的中心区发展格局提供依据。本文采用理论推导与案例归纳相结合的方式进行研究。理论推导部分,首先对极核结构中心区产生的驱动机制进行剖析,进而分析驱动机制作用下所形成的空间效应,并进一步推导形成极核结构中心区的理论模型;案例归纳部分,依托GIS、Depthmap等技术平台,对中心区出现极核结构现象的6个核心城市进行研究,包括:东京、大阪、新加坡、首尔,以及我国的香港和上海。研究从中心区的空间形态、功能构成及交通系统等三个方面展开,并通过相关研究,归纳总结了极核结构现象中心区的30条规律特征,进而提出极核结构中心区的空间结构模式以及形成极核结构中心区的门槛规律。本文主要创新点总结如下:1.提出高等级城市中心区发展的极核结构现象,并构建了极核结构中心区的驱动机制模型及理论结构模型。针对亚洲高等级城市中心区出现的极核结构现象,从外部空间集聚带动力及内部产业升级推动力两个层面剖析中心区极核结构演化的驱动机制,并构建驱动机制模型。在此基础上,对驱动机制的空间效应进行剖析,并进一步构建极核结构中心区的空间理论模型。2.对亚洲极核结构现象的中心区进行全方位地量化对比研究。采用GIS、Depthmap等技术平台,借助建筑学、规划学、地理学、交通学、经济学等多学科分析方法,对极核结构中心区的空间形态、功能构成及交通系统进行定量研究,进而提出极核结构中心区的30项规律性特征。3.提出极核结构中心区的空间结构模式及形成的门槛条件。在全方位量化的基础上,对极核结构中心区的各构成要素进行归纳、总结及提炼,进而构建完善的极核结构中心区空间结构模式,揭示了极核结构中心区发展的深层次规律。在此基础上,以极核结构中心区的规律性特征为基础,结合提出的空间结构模式,从城市及中心区两个层面出发,提出了极核结构中心区形成的门槛条件。
[Abstract]:In the era of deepening economic globalization, the links and competition within the global scope are strengthened, the influence of cities in the high-end cities of the city level system on the global economic development is also increasing, so that the high-end production factors in the global range are concentrated to these core cities, The expansion of the city scale and the optimization of the urban functional structure are promoted. As the core city center of urban public service facilities, it is the core of urban competitiveness and economic development. From the development of the central district of Asia, the city which is located at the high end of the city grade system, the spatial scale scale, the structure form, the function constitution, the transportation system and the like of the central area of the city have made breakthrough development, and the trend of hard core continuous development in the central area has emerged. The formation of a new spatial structure model, which can be referred to as the pole core structure, and the trend of the central region to the pole core structure development, can be called polar structure phenomenon. The phenomenon of core structure in the central region is the core city of the international and even the global scale, which is the agglomeration of high-end production factors at the international and global scales, and a structure model with huge scale and complicated structure. On the basis of our country becoming the world's second largest economy, many cities have entered the competition sequence of Asia and even the world's top cities. In view of this situation, this paper makes quantitative research on the phenomenon of central core structure in the core city of Asia, summarizes its regular characteristics, and constructs the spatial structure model of the central region of polar nucleus structure. In order to improve the urban competitiveness of our country, a more reasonable development pattern of central area is constructed. This paper studies the way of combination of theoretical deduction and case induction. In this paper, the driving mechanism of pole core structure is analyzed firstly, then the space effect formed by the action of the driving mechanism is analyzed, and the theoretical model of forming the central area of the pole core structure is further derived. The case inductive part is based on the GIS, Depthmap and other technical platform. Six core cities in the central region have been studied, including: Tokyo, Singapore, Singapore, Seoul, and our country's Hong Kong and Shanghai. In this paper, three aspects, such as spatial morphology, function constitution and traffic system of central region, are studied, and 30 rule features of the central region of the core structure are summarized by relevant research. Furthermore, the spatial structure model of the central region of the core structure and the threshold law of forming the central region of the core structure are proposed. The main innovation points in this paper are summarized as follows: 1. This paper puts forward the pole-core structure phenomenon of the development of the central area of high-grade city, and constructs the driving mechanism model and the theoretical structure model of the central area of the pole core structure. Aiming at the phenomenon of pole nuclear structure in the central area of high-grade cities in Asia, the driving mechanism of core structure evolution of central region is analyzed from two aspects: external space accumulation belt power and internal industrial upgrading impetus, and the driving mechanism model is constructed. On the basis of this, the spatial effect of the driving mechanism is analyzed, and the space theory model of the central region of the core structure is further constructed. An all-round quantitative comparative study of the central region of the Asian polar nuclear structure phenomenon is carried out. GIS, Depthmap and other technical platforms are adopted to carry out quantitative research on the spatial form, function constitution and traffic system of the central area of polar nuclei by means of multi-disciplinary analysis methods such as architecture, planning, geography, traffic science, economics and so on. Furthermore, 30 regular features of the central region of the core structure are proposed. In this paper, the spatial structure mode and the formation threshold condition of the central region of the core structure are put forward. On the basis of all-round quantization, the constituent elements of the central region of the polar nucleus structure are summarized, summarized and refined, and then a perfect spatial structure model of the central region of the pole core structure is constructed, and the deep-seated rule of the development of the central region of the polar nucleus structure is revealed. On this basis, based on the regularity of the central region of the core structure, combined with the proposed spatial structure model, the threshold conditions for the formation of the central region of the core structure are put forward from the aspects of the city and the central region.
