道外历史街区中心性与适应性的空间句法解析

【摘要】:道外区是近代哈尔滨中国人的聚居区,也是哈尔滨民族工商业的发源地。其中道外历史街区是是哈尔滨重要的历史保护街区。街区内层次分明的街院体系和现存规模最大的中华巴洛克建筑群均体现了中西合璧的独特风貌。然而,街区虽历经多次保护规划仍不免露出衰败之相。为避免凭主观经验规划造成的大拆大建,本文借助空间句法的理论与方法对街区进行较为精确的量化分析,从街区的中心性与适应性两方面进行解析,为街区的可持续发展提供参考。基于对街区特色与问题的充分调研,笔者通过空间句法的两种分析技术,从城市演变过程以及街区空间与功能的互动关系两方面,探析了影响街区中心性变化的空间因素及街区适应时代变化的空间机理。首先以城市建设之时为起点,解析哈尔滨城市发展至今道外历史街区中心性的演变。分阶段解析城市商业中心与整合度核心的关系,在此基础上分析影响道外历史街区中心性变化的空间动因。指出由于地形与铁路的分隔,道外历史街区缺乏成为城市主中心的空间条件。并且由于其区域内的中心街道靖宇街同城市主中心缺乏较为直接的联系,使得街区不能直接得益于来自主中心的人流。其次,在肯定了空间组构的整合度与穿行度分别影响目的性与通过性人流分布的基础上,对道外历史街区的街道空间进行了不同半径尺度的线段分析,明晰了各街道的空间属性与特点,并将其同实测人流与街区功能进行比较,发现与人流量密切相关的可达性分析半径与主街靖宇大街局部空间所控制的街道范围是吻合的。以此为基础对街区的规划与设计方案进行了实施后空间潜力的预评估。论文以道外历史街区为研究对象,从街区价值与现存问题入手,指出了可能影响道外历史街区中心性变化与功能分布的空间因素,明晰了街区空间与功能的作用机制。
[Abstract]:Daowai District is a modern Harbin Chinese living area, is also the birthplace of Harbin national industry and commerce. One of the historical blocks outside the road is an important historical protection district in Harbin. The street courtyard system and the largest existing Chinese Baroque architecture all embody the unique features of Chinese and Western features. However, despite repeated conservation planning, the neighborhood still shows its decline. In order to avoid the large-scale construction caused by subjective experience planning, this paper makes a more accurate quantitative analysis of the block with the help of the theory and method of spatial syntax, and analyzes the centrality and adaptability of the block. For the sustainable development of the district to provide a reference. Based on the full investigation of the characteristics and problems of the block, the author analyzes the spatial syntax from the two aspects of the city evolution process and the interaction between the space and the function of the block. This paper probes into the spatial factors that influence the central change of the block and the spatial mechanism of the block adapting to the change of the times. Firstly, taking the time of urban construction as the starting point, this paper analyzes the central evolution of the historical blocks outside the road of Harbin's urban development up to now. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the city commercial center and the core of integration, the paper analyzes the spatial drivers that influence the change of the centrality of the historical block outside the road. It is pointed out that due to the separation of terrain and railway, the historical block outside the road lacks the space condition to become the main center of the city. Due to the lack of direct connection between Jingyu Street and the main city center in its area, the block can not directly benefit from the flow of people from the main center. The spatial properties and characteristics of each street are clarified, and compared with the measured passenger flow and block function, it is found that the reachability analysis radius, which is closely related to the flow of people, coincides with the street range controlled by the local space of Jingyu Street on the main Street. On this basis, the planning and design of the block after the implementation of the pre-evaluation of space potential. This paper takes the historical district outside the road as the research object, starting with the value of the block and the existing problems, points out the spatial factors that may affect the central change and function distribution of the historical block outside the road, and clarifies the action mechanism of the space and function of the block.
