真空预压法在天津南港软基处理中的应用和加固效果分析

【摘要】:近年来,天津南港工业区的建设速度加快,围海造地已成为该地区补充土地资源主要途径。但是,通过吹填围埝造陆形成的地基由于其强度低,在短期内很难满足工程需要。因此,本文以天津南港工业区吹填土为研究对象,以现场地质勘察、现场试验、测试以及理论分析相结合为主要研究手段,以真空预压加固软基机理为研究主线,以吹填土的快速处理为研究目标,调查和收集了天津南港工业区软土的工程地质资料,并对软基处理现场地质勘察资料进行数理分析、归纳和总结,在此基础上分析和研究真空预压法在天津南港工业区软基处理中的应用,得出了以下主要研究成果:(1)以天津南港工业区西北部造陆区软基处理为工程背景,通过收集资料和调研,分析天津南港地区软粘土工程特性和软基加固方法,对地基采用真空预压法的设计和施工进行评价。(2)根据地质勘查资料,制定合理的真空预压加固设计方案和监测方案,分别监测不同加固块区现场膜下真空度、孔隙水压力、地下水位、地面沉降、分层沉降、侧向位移等。(3)通过对真空预压处理过程中的各项指标动态监测得到详细的监测数据,整理得到的监测数据并加以分析,表明真空预压法对在天津南港工业区具有良好的加固效果。对比加固前和加固后土体进行的试验数据,得到的各项指标以及强度有很大的改善。(4)通过分析在软土地基加固工程中真空预压法对地表沉降、孔隙水压力、深层侧向位移等方面的影响,真空预压法在软土地基加固工程中具有广泛的适用性及可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of Nangang Industrial Zone in Tianjin has been accelerated, and reclamation has become the main way to replenish the land resources in this area. However, because of its low strength, it is difficult to meet the engineering needs in the short term. Therefore, this paper takes the filling soil in Nangang Industrial Zone of Tianjin as the research object, takes the field geological survey, field test, test and theoretical analysis as the main research means, and takes the mechanism of strengthening soft foundation under vacuum preloading as the main line of study. In this paper, the engineering geological data of soft soil in Nangang Industrial Zone of Tianjin are investigated and collected, and the geological survey data of soft foundation treatment site are analyzed, summarized and summarized. On this basis, the application of vacuum preloading method in soft foundation treatment of Nangang Industrial Zone in Tianjin is analyzed and studied. The main research results are as follows: (1) the engineering background is soft foundation treatment in the northwest of Nangang Industrial Zone, Tianjin. Through collecting data and investigating, analyzing the engineering characteristics of soft clay and strengthening method of soft foundation in Nangang area of Tianjin, the design and construction of foundation with vacuum preloading method are evaluated. (2) according to the data of geological exploration, A reasonable design scheme and monitoring scheme for vacuum preloading reinforcement are made to monitor the vacuum degree, pore water pressure, groundwater level, land subsidence and stratified settlement in different consolidation blocks, respectively. (3) the detailed monitoring data are obtained by dynamic monitoring of each index in the process of vacuum preloading, and the monitoring data are sorted out and analyzed. The results show that the vacuum preloading method has a good effect on the reinforcement of Nangang Industrial Zone in Tianjin. Compared with the test data before and after reinforcement, the indexes and strength obtained are greatly improved. (4) through the analysis of the vacuum preloading method in the soft soil foundation strengthening project, the surface settlement, pore water pressure, pore water pressure, Because of the influence of deep lateral displacement, the vacuum preloading method has wide applicability and feasibility in soft soil foundation reinforcement.
