张之洞与近代工业博物馆钢结构节点有限元分析

【摘要】:利用ANSYS有限元软件对张之洞与近代工业博物馆部分复杂节点进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,梁柱连接节点处应合理设置加劲肋,从而保证节点处的承载能力;桁架结构中,腹杆和弦杆宜尽量等宽,弦杆内加劲肋可采用两面或三面焊接。通过对复杂节点进行有限元分析,可以更加直观地了解节点处应力应变分布情况,从而更加合理的进行节点设计。
[Abstract]:The finite element analysis of some complex joints between Zhang Zhidong and the Museum of Modern Industry is carried out by using ANSYS finite element software. The analysis results show that the stiffening rib should be set reasonably at the joint of Liang Zhu connection, so as to ensure the bearing capacity of the joint, and in the truss structure, the web and chord should be as wide as possible, and the stiffening rib in the chord can be welded on two or three sides. Through finite element analysis of complex joints, the distribution of stress and strain in the joints can be more intuitively understood, and the design of joints is more reasonable.
