复杂条件下商业裙楼屋面大跨度钢梁施工技术

【摘要】：商业裙楼建筑中的大跨度钢梁在受道路和场地限制、无塔吊吊装的条件下,其安装存在一定困难,再加上钢梁整体存在起拱,对分段对接安装、测量校正和焊接精度提出更高的要求。本文提出了一种安全可靠又相对经济合理的大跨度钢梁安装方法,并对其安装流程及安装措施作出详细介绍。
[Abstract]:In the commercial skirt building, the large-span steel beam is difficult to install under the condition of road and site restriction, without tower crane hoisting, and the steel beam is arched as a whole, and the segmental docking is installed. Higher requirements for measurement correction and welding accuracy are proposed. In this paper, a safe, reliable and relatively economical and reasonable installation method of large-span steel beams is presented, and the installation flow and installation measures are introduced in detail.
