论博物馆安全防范系统纵深防护体系的构成和建立

【摘要】：博物馆安全防范系统的建设应在有条件的防护部位实现纵深防护,把好博物馆展区、库房等重要部位的外围防线,把犯罪分子控制在展厅(库房)门窗之外,提前预警,争取时间,快速出击,充分发挥技防优势,在“物防”与“人防”的有机配合下,及时有效地把入侵盗窃行为制止在初始阶段,从而有效地防止文物被盗。
[Abstract]:The construction of the museum security and prevention system should carry out deep protection in the protected areas with conditions, control the peripheral defense lines of important parts such as museum exhibition areas and storerooms, control criminals outside the doors and windows of exhibition halls (storerooms), and warn them in advance. In order to win time, attack quickly, give full play to the advantage of technology and defense, with the organic cooperation of "material defense" and "civil air defense", the intrusion and theft behavior can be stopped in the initial stage in time and effectively, so as to effectively prevent the cultural relics from being stolen.
