风和湿度环境下裂缝宽度对混凝土碳化性能影响试验研究

【摘要】:设计和加工了一个能精确控制裂缝宽度的装置,利用此装置采用两次加载的方法,制备了平均裂缝宽度分别为0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm的开裂混凝土试件。在无风潮湿、无风干燥、有风干燥和有风潮湿四种环境下进行开裂混凝土快速碳化试验研究,结果表明,无风潮湿环境下CO2在开裂混凝土中传输速率最大;有风干燥环境下开裂混凝土碳化较慢。裂缝宽度限制应根据环境来选择,潮湿环境下裂缝宽度控制应更加严格;大风干旱环境下裂缝宽度限值可以适当放宽。
[Abstract]:A device which can accurately control the crack width is designed and manufactured. By using this device, the cracked concrete specimens with an average crack width of 0.1mm / 0.2mm / 0.3mm and 0.4mm respectively are prepared by using the method of twice loading. The rapid carbonation test of cracked concrete was carried out in four kinds of environments: no wind moisture, no air drying, no air drying and no wind moisture. The results showed that CO2 transport rate was the highest in cracked concrete under the condition of no wind and humidity. The carbonation of cracked concrete is slow under the condition of wind drying. The limit of crack width should be chosen according to the environment, the control of crack width should be more strict in humid environment, and the limit value of crack width in windy and arid environment should be relaxed appropriately.
