钢筋混凝土开孔深梁仿真分析与设计研究

【摘要】:钢筋混凝土深梁受力不同于浅梁,梁腹开孔后受力更趋复杂。现有的设计方法对深梁行为的解释不够完备,设计结果的适用性难以判断,设计规范也没有给出开孔深梁的设计条文。而且关于开孔深梁的非线性分析方面的研究较少。本文采用非线性有限元分析方法,对钢筋混凝土开孔深梁展开仿真分析与设计研究,主要得到以下研究成果:在完成非线性有限元模型可靠性和有效性验证的基础上,展开一系列开双孔和偏孔深梁试验非线性仿真分析,解释试验和仿真结果仍存在差异的原因,对比压拉杆模型法设计开孔深梁相对传统内力法的优势,验证深梁正截面应变及应力为非线性分布,探讨深梁的应力场与遗传演化结构优化算法所得深梁压拉杆模型之间的关系。按照线弹性应力图形法补充设计一开双孔深梁,结合已有的同一深梁按内力法和压拉杆模型方法设计试验,仿真对比三种不同设计方法的深梁包括结构承载力、结构延性、材料应力场等各方面的力学性能,判断相应深梁设计方法的有效性和适用性。针对深梁的非线性受力特点,在分析开孔深梁非线性阶段应力场分布和演变过程的基础上,提出一种基于非线性分析的新设计方法,从理论层面阐述其相对基于弹性分析的设计方法的合理性,并通过开双孔和开偏孔深梁算例的设计验证其在应用上的普遍适用性,及在应用结果上优于其他设计方法的经济有效性。为开孔深梁的设计提供有益参考。以洞口形状和布筋方式为研究参数设计一系列开孔深梁,通过仿真方法系统地分析这两个主要因素对开孔深梁受力性能的影响,总结其对开孔深梁工作机理的影响规律,提出开孔深梁结构在工程应用上的有效设计建议。
[Abstract]:The stress of reinforced concrete deep beam is different from that of shallow beam. The existing design method is not enough to explain the behavior of deep beam, the applicability of the design result is difficult to judge, and the design code does not give the design provisions of deep beam with holes. Moreover, there is little research on nonlinear analysis of deep beam with open hole. In this paper, the nonlinear finite element analysis method is used to study the simulation and design of reinforced concrete deep beams with open holes. The main results are as follows: on the basis of the reliability and validity verification of nonlinear finite element model, In this paper, a series of nonlinear simulation analysis of double-hole and eccentric deep beam tests are carried out to explain the reasons for the difference between the test results and the simulation results, and to compare the advantages of the pressure-pull rod model method in the design of deep beams with holes compared with the traditional internal force method. It is verified that the normal section strain and stress of the deep beam are nonlinear distribution. The relationship between the stress field of the deep beam and the structural optimization algorithm of genetic evolution is discussed. According to the linear elastic stress pattern method, a double-hole deep beam is designed, and the same deep beam is designed according to the internal force method and the compression rod model method. The simulation results show that the deep beam with three different design methods includes the bearing capacity of the structure, the ductility of the structure. The effectiveness and applicability of the corresponding deep beam design method are judged by the mechanical properties of the material stress field and other aspects. According to the nonlinear stress characteristics of deep beam, a new design method based on nonlinear analysis is proposed on the basis of analyzing the distribution and evolution process of stress field in nonlinear stage of deep beam with holes. The rationality of the design method based on elastic analysis is expounded theoretically, and the universal applicability of this method is verified by the design of double-hole and open-hole deep beam. And the economic effectiveness of other design methods is better than that of other design methods in application results. It provides a useful reference for the design of deep beam with open hole. A series of deep beams with open holes are designed by taking the shape of holes and the way of reinforcement distribution as study parameters. The influence of these two main factors on the mechanical properties of deep beams with holes is systematically analyzed by simulation method, and the influence law of these two factors on the working mechanism of deep beams with open holes is summarized. The effective design suggestion of deep beam structure with open hole in engineering application is put forward.
