基于Matlab对DEA工程建设项目评标模型的应用研究

【摘要】:工程建设项目评标工作是项目前期的一项较为复杂的系统工程,我国正处于经济社会快速发展阶段,建设工程项目也不在少数,亟需招投标制度的完善与相关研究成果来维护建筑市场的稳定发展,而应用DEA模型恰是评标活动规范化、数据客观化的一种有效手段。本文分析了国内招投标制度及其存在问题,介绍了招投标有关理论知识Friedman模型、博弈论(对策论)模型、模糊数学综合评判法,重点对DEA模型进行讨论,并比较分析出DEA模型的优越性与适用性。利用DEA理论对评标活动进行数学建模,并用MATLAB程序对评标活动的同源数据进行运算,采用众数法等对结果进行综合分析,最终得到中标候选人的排序,符合多方案比选的管理思维,有利于工程科学管理。通过本文的实例论证,有力地证明了数学方法与工程应用良好结合,并可借用计算机程序对复杂问题进行求解。DEA模型不考虑数据量纲与权重因子,能比文中介绍的其他模型有效地增强模型的客观合理性,使决策者得到比较满意的评价结果。
[Abstract]:The bid evaluation of engineering construction project is a complicated system engineering in the early stage of the project. Our country is in the stage of rapid economic and social development, and there are not a few construction projects. It is urgent to improve the bidding system and related research results to maintain the stable development of the construction market, and the application of DEA model is an effective means for the standardization of bid evaluation activities and the objectification of data. This paper analyzes the domestic bidding system and its existing problems, introduces the Friedman model of bidding theory knowledge, game theory (game theory) model, fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method, and focuses on the discussion of DEA model. The superiority and applicability of DEA model are compared and analyzed. The mathematical model of bid evaluation activity is established by using DEA theory, the homologous data of bid evaluation activity is calculated by MATLAB program, and the result is analyzed synthetically by using mode number method. Finally, the ranking of the successful bid candidate is obtained. In line with the management thinking of multi-scheme comparison and selection, it is beneficial to the scientific management of engineering. Through the example of this paper, it is proved that the mathematical method is well combined with the engineering application, and the computer program can be used to solve the complex problem. The DEA model does not consider the data dimension and the weight factor. It can enhance the objective rationality of the model more effectively than the other models introduced in this paper, and make the decision makers obtain satisfactory evaluation results.
