南宁某超高层办公楼结构设计

【摘要】:结构高度超过B级高度框架核心筒结构,塔楼偏心布置,裙房近20m穿层柱,同时存在平面扭转不规则、楼板不连续等不规则项。设计采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,结果表明,结构体系各项相关参数满足规范要求,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均可达到预期的抗震性能目标。
[Abstract]:The structure height is higher than B level frame core tube structure, the tower is eccentrically arranged, the skirt is nearly 20m through the floor column, at the same time there are irregular items such as plane torsion irregularity, floor slab discontinuity and so on. The performance-based seismic design method is used. The results show that the structural system parameters meet the requirements of the code, and the seismic performance of the whole structure and the components can reach the desired seismic performance objectives.
