恒大国际中心G区裙房结构设计与分析

【摘要】:恒大国际金融中心G区裙房地上5层,主体结构高度29.0m,采用带支撑的钢框架结构体系,局部采用大跨度桁架转换做法。首先结合建筑方案及经济性分析说明了主体结构的体系选型方案。随后,系统介绍了项目设计过程中针对塔楼结构平面不规则、竖向不规则及其他不规则项选用的计算措施和设计措施。同时,对主体结构设计选用的性能化设计方法进行了具体陈述。最后,对大跨度桁架转换结构的补充计算方法和结构加强措施进行了重点介绍。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的计算措施和设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
[Abstract]:Evergrande International Financial Center G area has five floors on the ground and the main body structure is 29.0m.The steel frame structure system with support is adopted, and the transformation of large span truss is adopted locally. Firstly, the system selection scheme of the main structure is explained by combining the building scheme and the economic analysis. Then, the calculation measures and design measures for irregular plane, vertical irregular and other irregular items of tower structure in the process of project design are systematically introduced. At the same time, the performance design method used in the main structure design is described in detail. Finally, the supplementary calculation method and structural strengthening measures of long span truss transfer structure are introduced emphatically. The research and design results show that the irregularity of the original structure can be effectively controlled by selecting reasonable calculation measures and design measures, and the calculation indexes of the structure can better meet the requirements of the code, the structure is safe and reliable, and the structural design is feasible.
