基于城市意象理论的环巢湖历史街区风貌特征研究

【摘要】：历史街区是经年来传承历史印记的物质与非物质文化遗产的整合,在历经了千百年的萧条与繁荣后,依然具有深远的历史影响。作为构成城镇功能及城镇风貌的重要成分,历史街区集城镇传统风貌特征要素于一体,并能够起到有效组织交通、一定程度上联系周边的城镇内部功能组团的作用；作为外部的空间形式,其作用是承载居民经济活动和社会文化生活的舞台；作为城市意象的主导元素,历史街区是构成城市意象的主要手段。本文对历史街区、历史街区风貌和城市意象理论的概念进行了深入辨析,对国内外城市意象理论和历史街区风貌研究及实践进行了总体评述。通过对城市意象理论基础和研究方法的延伸,通过对历史街区的本体、社会及经济价值的认识,构建了本文的历史街区风貌要素体系。结合认知理论,以环巢湖历史街区为研究对象,通过认知地图和复合分析两种主要途径探索环巢湖历史街区风貌特征,即分别从意象空间认知的角度和传统的空间体验评价角度进行研究。空间意象认知方面,通过受访者(居民和游客)的访谈调查法、认知地图法,对环巢湖历史街区的空间意象感知度进行调查,得出意象空间地图与实际地图呈现的差异性结论。空间体验评价方面,以其空间结构、构成要素、形态特征等为切入点,详细分析与评价环巢湖历史街区各风貌要素：物质文化要素(边界、区域、道路、节点、标志物、建筑风貌)、非物质文化要素,归纳出各风貌要素特征,进行历史街区风貌特色和风格的定位。以期对历史街区保护和再开发等空间规划实践方面提供设计基础,传承和发扬环巢湖地区历史文化,增强历史街区的空间感知度。
[Abstract]:Historical district is the integration of material and intangible cultural heritage which has passed down historical imprint for many years. After thousands of years of depression and prosperity, it still has profound historical influence. As an important component of the urban function and urban style, the historical block integrates the elements of the traditional style and features of the town, and can effectively organize the traffic, and to some extent connect with the inner function of the surrounding town to form a group. As an external spatial form, its function is to carry the stage of the residents' economic activities and social and cultural life, and as the dominant element of the urban image, the historical block is the main means of constituting the urban image. In this paper, the concepts of historical district, historical district style and urban image theory are deeply differentiated and analyzed, and the research and practice of urban image theory and historical district style at home and abroad are reviewed in general. Through the extension of the theoretical basis and research methods of the urban image and the understanding of the Noumenon, social and economic value of the historical block, this paper constructs the system of the elements of the historical district style and appearance. Combined with cognitive theory, taking the historical district around Chaohu Lake as the research object, this paper explores the features of the historic district around Chaohu Lake by cognitive map and compound analysis. Namely from the image spatial cognition angle and the traditional spatial experience appraisal angle carries on the research separately. In the aspect of spatial image cognition, through the interview survey method and cognitive map method of interviewees (residents and tourists), this paper investigates the perception degree of spatial image in the historic district around Chaohu Lake, and draws the difference between the image spatial map and the actual map. In the aspect of spatial experience evaluation, with its spatial structure, constituent elements, morphological characteristics and so on as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes and evaluates in detail the elements of each style and feature in the historical district around Chaohu Lake: material and cultural elements (boundary, region, road, node, marker, etc.) Architectural features), intangible cultural elements, summed up the characteristics of the elements of the style and features of the historical district features and style positioning. The purpose of this paper is to provide the design basis for the practice of space planning such as the protection and redevelopment of historical blocks, to inherit and carry forward the historical culture around Chaohu Lake, and to enhance the spatial perception of historical blocks.
