索拱桁架在大跨度干煤棚结构中的应用

【摘要】:某电厂煤场封闭式干煤棚横向跨度110m、长度229m、矢高35.4m,钢结构采用索拱桁架结构,剖面形状为三心圆,上部为倒三角形桁架,下部加设预应力拉索,支座节点采用半球铰支座,两侧山墙平面封闭。在设计时对结构原理进行了研究,并对结构进行整体稳定分析,同时对索拱桁架结构与柱面网壳结构进行经济指标比对,论证了索拱桁架在大跨度干煤棚结构中应用可行性。
[Abstract]:The closed dry coal shed of a power plant has a transverse span of 110m, a length of 229m, and a sagittal height of 35.4m.The steel structure adopts cable-arch truss structure, the section shape is triaxial circle, the upper part is an inverted triangular truss, and the lower part is equipped with prestressed cable. The support node adopts the hemispherical hinge bearing and the two sides of the gable wall are closed in plane. The principle of the structure is studied in the design, and the overall stability of the structure is analyzed. At the same time, the economic indexes of cable arch truss structure and cylindrical reticulated shell structure are compared, and the feasibility of application of cable arch truss structure in long span dry coal shed structure is demonstrated.
