轨道交通站点的影响域界定及其城市设计应用要点

【摘要】:站点影响域作为轨道交通与城市空间融合发展的关键节点与研讨载体,较为精确地界定其范围对城市管理与决策、引导房地产开发、空间结构与形态优化等有重要的指导意义。通过对城市设计、城市轨道交通、站点影响域界定等研究动态的综述,提出了以系统整合、时空关联、多义影响为核心指导原则的站点影响域界定新思路与新方法,并在城市设计实践中开展应用,为城市规划与建设管理部门制定站点影响域城市与建筑设计相关规范提供了重要理论与技术支撑。
[Abstract]:As the key node and research carrier for the development of rail transit and urban space, the site influence domain has important guiding significance for urban management and decision-making, guiding real estate development, spatial structure and shape optimization, and so on. Based on the summary of the research trends of urban design, urban rail transit and site influence domain, this paper puts forward a new idea and a new method to define the site influence domain based on system integration, space-time correlation and polysemous influence, which are the core guiding principles of the system integration, space-time correlation and polysemous influence. The application in urban design practice provides important theoretical and technical support for the department of urban planning and construction management to formulate the relevant norms of urban and architectural design in the site influencing area.
