空调通风管道中细颗粒物凝并规律研究

【摘要】:基于颗粒群平衡模型和布朗扩散作用对空调通风管道中细颗粒物的凝并规律进行了研究。通过对不同入口处细颗粒物的体积分数和入口风速对细颗粒物凝并现象的数值模拟分析,得到的主要结论为细颗粒物的体积分数和入口风速对于管道中细颗粒物的凝并具有显著影响。在布朗扩散作用下的细颗粒物凝并现象主要发生在粒径小于1μm的颗粒,当粒径大于1μm时,布朗扩散作用对于颗粒的凝并无明显影响。
[Abstract]:Based on the particle group equilibrium model and Brownian diffusion effect, the condensation regularity of fine particles in air conditioning ventilation ducts was studied. Through the numerical simulation analysis of the condensation phenomenon of fine particles at different entrances, the volume fraction of fine particles and the inlet wind speed are analyzed. The main conclusions are that the volume fraction of fine particles and the inlet wind speed have a significant effect on the coagulation of fine particles in the pipeline. The aggregation of fine particles under Brownian diffusion occurs mainly in particles with particle size less than 1 渭 m. When the particle size is larger than 1 渭 m, Brownian diffusion has no obvious effect on the coagulation of particles.
