长春市既存住宅更新改造设计研究

【摘要】：既存住宅更新改造是当代城市建设发展的一个重要环节。城市人口快速增长,引发了对住房需求的提升。既存住宅经过几十年的使用,老化问题尤为显著,导致既存住宅现有情况与人需生活品质的要求存在根本矛盾,亟待更新改造。为了对长春市既存住宅更新改造的研究,本文从调查入手,按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的工作程序,对长春市部分既存住宅进行调研,并通过典型的案例进行整理分析,总结出一套适用于长春市既存住宅更新改造的合理化方案。本论文分为四个章节,第一章叙述了本课题的研究目的、意义及研究范围,阐述了国内外的研究及现状;第二章首先阐述既存住宅的相关理论,其次概述长春市既存住宅历史沿革;第三部分主要通过对长春市住宅进行调研分析并总结相对应的问题;第四章作为本文的核心章节也是针对更新改造这一问题解决的重要部分,首先通过阐述既存住宅更新改造原则,并提出适用于长春市既存住宅更新改造的一整套合理方法,通过对具体事例进行全方面的更新改造。从而解决长春市既存住宅出现的问题,以达到既满足民众需求,又符合城市发展的一整套合理措施。
[Abstract]:The renewal and transformation of existing housing is an important link in the development of contemporary urban construction. The rapid growth of the urban population has led to an increase in the demand for housing. After several decades of use, the aging problem of the existing residence is especially obvious, which leads to the fundamental contradiction between the existing situation of the existing residence and the requirement of the quality of life of the human being, so it is urgent to renew and transform the existing residence. In order to study the renewal and transformation of existing residence in Changchun, this paper begins with the investigation, according to the work procedure of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, investigating and investigating some existing houses in Changchun. Through the analysis of typical cases, this paper summarizes a reasonable plan for the renewal and renovation of existing houses in Changchun. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the purpose, significance and scope of the research, and describes the domestic and foreign research and current situation; The second chapter first expounds the existing housing related theories, secondly summarizes the history of existing housing in Changchun; the third part mainly through the investigation and analysis of Changchun housing and summed up the corresponding problems; The fourth chapter, as the core chapter of this paper, is also an important part to solve the problem of renewal and transformation. Firstly, by expounding the principle of existing residence renewal and transformation, the author puts forward a set of reasonable methods suitable for the renewal and transformation of existing residence in Changchun. Through the specific case to carry on the entire aspect renewal transformation. So as to solve the existing housing problems in Changchun, to meet the needs of the public, but also in line with a set of reasonable measures for urban development.
