南京环紫金山绿道使用状况评价调查研究

【摘要】:绿道的建设能带动绿道沿线经济发展,改变人的出行方式、行为模式、消费理念、城市形态、城乡构造,实现低碳和理想宜居的环境。因而,在我国展开这方面的研究是很有实际价值的。笔者通过对使用状况评价模式的研究发现,这种评价方式在我国的实践不算多,未形成完整的理论体系和评价模式。对于绿道的使用状况评价研究更是寥寥无几,因此本文希望通过使用状况评价理论与绿道相结合的方式,优化我国的绿道规划设计思路。本研究通过层次分析法(AHP)和模糊评价法(FCE)共同构建自然风景区绿道的综合评价模型,再以南京市建成的首条绿道——环紫金山绿道为例,利用问卷调查和实地计量的方式收集原始数据,并利用构建的评价模型进行数据处理分析,从使用者的角度进行自然、景观、交通便捷性等多方面的综合环境评价。通过笔者关于环紫金山绿道的调查研究,得出了以下研究结果:①作为自然风景区类型的绿道,自然要素、园林景观要素以及游憩要素在绿道评价中相对重要,人文要素和管理要素相对次要。针对于环紫金山绿道而言,使用者对自然要素和园林景观要素这两方面感到非常满意;在游憩要素方面做得是不够的。②从使用人群来说,绿道以中老年人为主;在绿道的使用方式上,使用者更多的还是偏向于步行的方式;就绿道使用时间而言,使用者普遍选择上午时间段。周末期间的绿道使用量大,表明大家把绿道作为了假期出游的景点之一,为绿道作为锻炼、通勤的功能外,附加了另外的功能。最终,针对环紫金山绿道的调查研究,得出了以下结论:自然风景区类型的绿道,同时兼备锻炼、通勤和旅游的多重功能;从自身特色和使用者需求角度,需要注重绿道沿线园林植物的多样性和层次感;对于“绿道”这种人流量大的园林景观设计,在设计思路上尤其需要讲求以人为本的观念,从为使用者提供便利、安全的角度出发思考问题;“设计——管理”同兼顾,在绿道设计投入使用后,仍需要重视后期的养护管理、安全性管理、治安管理等方面的需求。
[Abstract]:The construction of green road can promote economic development along green road, change people's travel mode, behavior pattern, consumption idea, urban form, urban and rural structure, and realize low carbon and ideal livable environment. Therefore, it is of practical value to carry out this research in our country. Through the study of the evaluation mode of the use situation, it is found that this evaluation method is not much in practice in our country, and has not formed a complete theoretical system and evaluation model. There are few studies on the evaluation of the use of green roads, so this paper hopes to optimize the planning and design of green roads in our country through the combination of the theory of the evaluation of the use of the state of use and the green road. In this study, the synthetic evaluation model of green road in natural scenic spot is constructed by (AHP) and (FCE), and the first green road built in Nanjing, ring Zijinshan green road, is taken as an example. The original data were collected by questionnaire survey and field measurement, and the data were processed and analyzed by using the evaluation model. The comprehensive environmental assessment of nature, landscape, traffic convenience and so on was carried out from the user's point of view. Through the author's investigation and research on the Green Road around Zijinshan Mountain, the following results are obtained: 1 Green Road, Natural elements, Landscape elements and Recreation elements are relatively important in the evaluation of Green Road as a type of natural scenic spot. Human factors and management elements are relatively secondary. In view of the green road around Zijinshan Mountain, the users are very satisfied with the natural elements and the landscape elements, and the recreation elements are not enough. 2 from the use of the crowd, the green road is mainly for the middle-aged and the elderly. In the use of green roads, users prefer to walk; in terms of green road use time, users generally choose the morning time. The use of green roads during the weekend is large, indicating that the green roads are regarded as one of the tourist attractions during the holidays, and additional functions are added to the functions of green roads as exercise and commuting. Finally, in view of the investigation and study of the green road around Zijinshan Mountain, the following conclusions are drawn: the green road of natural scenic spot type has multiple functions of exercise, commuting and tourism at the same time; From the point of view of its own characteristics and users' needs, it is necessary to pay attention to the diversity and hierarchy of garden plants along the Green Road. For the landscape design of "Green Road", which has a large flow of people, it is especially necessary to lay stress on the concept of "people-oriented" in the design idea, and to think about the problem from the point of view of providing convenience and safety for the users. "Design-management" is the same consideration. After the green road design is put into use, we still need to pay attention to the requirements of maintenance management, safety management, public security management and so on.
