DB模式下设计阶段的可施工性研究

【摘要】:传统的DBB模式从组织层面上导致了设计与施工的分离,使得施工经验和知识无法有效应用到设计中,会产生一系列的可施工性问题。整合设计与施工的组织模式,实施设计施工一体化管理是解决这一问题的首要条件。DB模式具有设计施工一体化的特点,可为具有丰富施工经验的人员参与到项目设计提供可能和便利,并为可施工性研究提供运行机制的保障,因此,基于DB模式下开展可施工性研究才具有更好的可操作性和实践性。本文主要从DB总承包商的角度出发,较深入研究了DB模式下建设项目设计阶段的可施工性问题。1)阐述了可施工性的定义和分类,深入剖析了可施工性问题产生的具体原因,探讨了可施工性研究的价值和重要性。2)总结了DB模式的设计概况,分析了DB模式下相比DBB模式下开展设计可施工性研究的优势和特点,重点对DB模式的初步设计和施工图设计进行详细研究,总结得出了影响初步设计可施工性和施工图设计可施工性的主要影响因素。3)基于设计可施工性的影响因素,提出了四种改善DB项目设计可施工性的具体措施,并对如何实施上述措施进行了详细的分析和说明。4)构建了DB模式下初步设计方案和施工图设计方案不同的可施工性评价指标体系,结合模糊物元方法和组合权重思想建立了一种新的设计方案可施工性评价模型,并且通过工程实例应用,体现了该模型的可行性和适用性。通过上述研究,为下一步改善项目设计方案的可施工性或创造新的设计方案提供了参考和借鉴,同时便于DB总承包商能够定量进行自身不同设计方案的评价和优选,其不仅丰富了DB模式下可施工性的研究内容,也为进一步完善DB总承包制度和推动DB承发包模式在我国能更好的发展和应用奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:The traditional DBB model leads to the separation of design and construction from the organizational level, which makes the experience and knowledge of construction can not be effectively applied to the design, which will lead to a series of constructability problems. Integrating the organization mode of design and construction and implementing the integrated management of design and construction are the most important conditions to solve this problem. DB mode has the characteristics of integration of design and construction. May provide possibilities and facilities for the participation of persons with rich construction experience in the design of the project and provide safeguards for operational mechanisms for constructability studies, therefore, The research of constructability based on DB mode is more feasible and practical. From the point of view of the general contractor of DB, this paper deeply studies the constructability problem in the design stage of construction project under DB mode. 1) the definition and classification of constructability are expounded, and the concrete reasons for the problem of constructability are analyzed. This paper discusses the value and importance of constructability research. 2) summarizes the general design situation of DB mode, and analyzes the advantages and characteristics of DB mode compared with DBB mode to carry out design constructability research. The primary design and construction drawing design of DB mode are studied in detail, and the main factors influencing the constructability of preliminary design and construction drawing are summarized. 3) based on the influencing factors of design constructability, Four concrete measures to improve the constructability of DB project design are put forward. And how to carry out the above measures is analyzed and explained in detail. 4) the index system of constructability evaluation of the preliminary design scheme and the construction drawing design scheme under the DB mode is constructed. Combined with fuzzy matter-element method and combined weight idea, a new constructability evaluation model of design scheme is established, and the feasibility and applicability of the model are demonstrated by an engineering example. Through the above research, it provides a reference and reference for the next step to improve the constructability of the project design scheme or to create a new design scheme, and at the same time, it is convenient for the DB general contractor to evaluate and select their own different design schemes quantitatively. It not only enriches the research contents of constructability under DB mode, but also lays a foundation for further improving the general contracting system of DB and promoting the development and application of DB contracting mode in China.
