百集龙项目B楼主楼结构设计

【摘要】:百集龙项目位于云南省昆明市,集商业、办公、餐饮于一体。首先根据建筑高度、建筑平面功能要求对该项目B楼进行超限情况判断并确定相应的性能目标,并针对不规则情况、不同的结构部位、重要程度,采取不同的抗震设计措施。其次,通过SATWE、YJK两种软件对该楼进行多遇地震下的计算分析并对计算结果进行比较,以确定计算结果合理、有效,计算模型符合结构的实际工作状况。通过对比可知,周期、位移、剪重比、轴压比等均满足规范要求。再次,采用YJK程序对结构进行多遇地震下的弹性时程分析,将弹性时程分析结果与CQC计算结果进行比较,通过对比可知其结果满足规范要求。最后,采用多层及高层建筑结构弹塑性静动力分析软件EPDA进行弹塑性静力Pushover分析,以确保该结构满足"大震不倒"的要求。
[Abstract]:Baijilong project is located in Kunming, Yunnan Province, which integrates business, office and catering. Firstly, according to the height of the building and the functional requirements of the building plane, the over-limit situation of the B building of the project is judged and the corresponding performance objectives are determined, and different seismic design measures are taken according to the irregular situation, the different structural position and the importance degree. Secondly, the calculation and analysis of the building under frequent earthquakes are carried out through two kinds of SATWE,YJK software, and the calculation results are compared to determine that the calculation results are reasonable and effective, and the calculation model accords with the actual working condition of the structure. By comparison, it can be seen that the period, displacement, shear weight ratio and axial compression ratio all meet the requirements of the specification. Thirdly, the elastic time-history analysis of structures under frequent earthquakes is carried out by using YJK program. The results of elastic time-history analysis are compared with the results of CQC calculation, and the results meet the requirements of the specifications. Finally, the elastoplastic static Pushover analysis of multi-story and high-rise building structures is carried out by using the elastoplastic static and dynamic analysis software EPDA to ensure that the structure can meet the requirements of "strong earthquake does not collapse".
