大直径随钻跟管桩套箍对桩头质量的影响分析

【摘要】:针对采用大直径随钻跟管桩工法施工的管桩桩头是否需要加套箍的问题进行了详细探讨,分别从桩头开裂弯矩、抗拉力、夹持力几个方面进行了综合分析。提出了有套箍大直径PHC管桩桩头的正截面开裂弯矩计算公式和抗拉力计算公式,表明在大直径随钻跟管桩设计制作中取消套箍是切实可行的。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses in detail whether it is necessary to add hoop to the pile head of pipe pile with large diameter while drilling and follows pipe pile construction, and makes a comprehensive analysis from several aspects such as crack moment, tensile force and clamping force of pile head. The formula of normal section cracking moment and tensile force of large diameter PHC pipe pile head with collar is put forward, which shows that it is feasible to remove the collar in the design and manufacture of large diameter pipe pile while drilling.
