管道环氧树脂喷涂修复对供水管网水质安全的影响研究

【摘要】:城市供水对保证工业生产和市民的健康生活有着重要的作用,而供水管网的“老龄化”给城市供水带来了新的挑战。特别是铺设铸铁管的供水管道,在服役一段时间后会出现管内腐蚀结垢、供水压力降低,有时候还会出现“黄水”和“红水”。因此,对供水管线进行更新改造日益受到人们的重视。喷涂修复工艺采用环氧树脂涂料,利用内旋风技术,首先带动石英砂打磨管线内壁,起到除锈效果,然后将环氧树脂涂料均匀地涂在管线内壁,在涂料干燥后形成内衬保护层,保护膜光滑致密、保护性能好、使用寿命长。本文以研究旧铸铁管、水泥砂浆内衬铸铁管和环氧树脂内衬铸铁管三种不同管材的溶出特性和环氧树脂喷涂修复技术对供水管网水质和水压的影响为目的。在实验室内分别研究了浸泡时间长短、p H、温度、初始余氯浓度和不同源水对不同管段水质的影响。生活小区喷涂实验则在喷涂前后分别对水质水压监测点进行测量,然后分析这种喷涂技术对生活小区管网水质和水压的实际影响。通过研究发现:环氧树脂内衬铸铁管相比于旧铸铁管和水泥砂浆内衬铸铁管而言,表现出了一定的优越性。如可以减小管网水余氯消耗、降低浊度和维持p H值稳定、减少Fe和Mn的溶出。但是这种管材在使用的过程中会析出有机物,对供水造成潜在威胁。此外,在居住小区现场喷涂后,小区供水管网的节点压力平均提高0.46m,可以改善水力条件,降低供水能耗。喷涂后1周TOC值降低为喷涂前的60%,Fe含量减小为原来的8%。对于余氯,喷涂改造后观察到其含量有减小的趋势,喷涂后1周余氯值为喷涂前的86%。对于浊度、p H、Mn、Cr、Pb和Cu等指标,在喷涂前后并没有发生显著的变化。
[Abstract]:Urban water supply plays an important role in ensuring industrial production and healthy life of citizens. The aging of water supply network brings new challenges to urban water supply. Especially for the water supply pipeline with cast iron pipe, corrosion and scaling will occur in the pipe after a period of service, and the pressure of water supply will be reduced, and sometimes "yellow water" and "red water" will appear. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the renovation of water supply pipeline. Epoxy resin coating is used in spraying and repairing process. The inner wall of pipeline is first polished by quartz sand, and then the epoxy resin coating is evenly coated on the inner wall of pipeline, and the inner lining protection layer is formed after the paint is dried. The protective film is smooth and compact, with good protection performance and long service life. In this paper, the dissolution characteristics of three different kinds of pipes, old cast iron pipe, cement mortar lining iron pipe and epoxy resin lined iron pipe, and the effect of epoxy resin spray repair technology on water quality and water pressure of water supply network are studied. The effects of soaking time, p H, temperature initial residual chlorine concentration and different source water on the water quality of different pipe segments were studied in the laboratory. Before and after spraying, the water quality and water pressure monitoring points were measured, and then the actual influence of this spraying technology on the water quality and water pressure of the living district pipe network was analyzed. It is found that the epoxy resin cast iron pipe is superior to the old cast iron pipe and the cement mortar inner cast iron pipe. For example, the residual chlorine consumption of water can be reduced, turbidity can be reduced, pH value can be kept stable, and the dissolution of Fe and Mn can be reduced. However, the pipes in the process of use will precipitate organic matter, posing a potential threat to water supply. In addition, after spraying on site in residential area, the node pressure of water supply network in residential area is increased by 0.46 m on average, which can improve hydraulic conditions and reduce energy consumption of water supply. At 1 week after spraying, the TOC value decreased to 60% Fe content before spraying and decreased to 8%. For residual chlorine, it was observed that the content of residual chlorine decreased after spraying, and the residual chlorine value of one week after spraying was 86% of that before spraying. For turbidity, there was no significant change in turbidity, such as Pb and Cu before and after spraying.
