居住区体验型商业街建筑设计研究

【摘要】:随着经济一体化模式的不断发展,我国的城市化进程也逐步加快,城市的商业化模式及格局也在悄然发生着改变,出现了多元化特征。而居住区商业的模式化正以其价值空间的巨大及发展前景的广阔日益受到人们的关注。而于此同时随着经济的发展,体验经济作为一种新的经济形态已悄然来临。体验经济以消费者为中心,是以生产及销售合二为一的一种商业经济模式。它以满足人的精神需要为前提,以满足人的个性化及社会化需要为特征,围绕人们的消费环境、内容及结构来体验经济,借以体现新时代下人们在价值目标及接受产品方式上的变化。 本论文以居住区体验型商业街为本次研究的主要对象。论文通过对居住区体验型商业街现状的分析、体验经济理论、实际商业操作过程、结合住区商业建筑设计的实践经验试着针对居住区商业街设计总结出一套科学、可持续的解决方案,和大家分享。 全文共分为五个部分,第一部分为绪论,在对此论文的研究意义及背景进行概述的同时,也对其国内外研究现状、研究概念、目标及内容、界定范围及方法进行了阐述。第二章则分析国内外居住区体验型商业街的建设概况,总结出居住区体验型商业街的类型及发展趋势。第三章从项目定位、设计思路、逻辑框架这三方面阐述了设计原则。第四、第五章是论文的重点章节,第四章从体验的角度阐述了居住区体验型商业街的场地及空间流线设计。第五章结合视、听、味、触的体验感觉来论述建筑细部设计,同时还探讨了智能化体验设计的应用。第六章结合实际项目的设计——山东省菏泽市巨野新城商业街设计和第七章对杭州万科良渚文化村商业街的体验评价问卷调查,对居住区体验型商业街设计做出进—步的阐述和建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic integration mode, the urbanization process of our country is also speeding up gradually, the commercial mode and pattern of the city are changing quietly, and the pluralistic characteristics have appeared. The pattern of residential commerce is getting more and more attention because of its huge value space and broad development prospect. At the same time, with the development of economy, experience economy as a new economic form has come quietly. Experience economy is a kind of commercial economy model which combines production and sales. It is based on the premise of satisfying the spiritual needs of human beings and the characteristics of satisfying the individual and socialized needs of human beings, and experiences the economy around the consumption environment, content and structure of the people. In order to reflect the new era people in the value goals and acceptance of product changes. In this paper, the main object of this study is the residential experiential commercial street. This paper tries to sum up a set of science for the residential area commercial street design by analyzing the present situation of the residential experiential commercial street, experience economy theory, practical commercial operation process, and combining with the practical experience of residential commercial building design. Sustainable solutions are shared. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. While summarizing the significance and background of this paper, it also expounds the present research situation, the research concept, the goal and the content, the definition scope and the method at home and abroad. The second chapter analyzes the construction of residential experiential commercial street at home and abroad, summarizes the type and development trend of residential experiential commercial street. The third chapter expounds the design principles from three aspects: project orientation, design ideas and logical framework. Chapter four and chapter five are the key chapters of the thesis. The fourth chapter expounds the design of the site and space streamline of the residential experiential commercial street from the perspective of experience. The fifth chapter discusses architectural detail design with visual, listening, taste and touch experience, and discusses the application of intelligent experience design. The sixth chapter combines with the design of the actual project-the design of Juye New Town Commercial Street in Heze City, Shandong Province, and the questionnaire survey on the commercial street of Hangzhou Vanke Liangzhu Culture Village in Chapter 7. To the residential area experience type commercial street design to make the further-step elaboration and the suggestion.
