【摘要】：正一、自动化对干混砂浆生产线设计和配置的要求1、高效上料系统普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰等原材料一般由大中型生产企业提供,且基本配备了散装运输车实现散装送料和打料。但干混砂浆经常使用的一些原材料如高铝水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、石膏、白水泥、重钙粉、熟石灰、石英粉、成品石英砂、各种粉体添加剂、颜料、纤维、轻质骨料等基本以吨袋、50公斤、25公斤的包装形式送料至砂浆工厂,搬运、存储、二次搬运、上料至筒仓成为必须进行的
