中山国际灯饰商城塔楼结构设计

【摘要】：中山灯饰商城塔楼高度184m,结构体系采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒。结构属超B级高度的高层建筑,且存在多项超限项。本文针对塔楼结构特点,就本工程的风荷载取值、超限处理措施、抗侧力构件类型选取以及结构方案的优化比较进行了分析。
[Abstract]:Zhongshan Lighting Mall Tower height 184m, structural system using reinforced concrete frame-core tube. The structure belongs to a high-rise building with B-level height, and there are many items beyond the limit. According to the characteristics of tower structure, this paper analyzes the value of wind load, the measure of over-limit treatment, the type selection of anti-lateral force member and the optimization comparison of structural scheme.
