基于老年人需求调研的养老社区室外空间规划研究

【摘要】：随着我国人口老龄化进程的深化,老年人居住问题日益凸显,我国的养老模式也在发生变化。社区养老作为一种兼顾家庭和社会的养老模式,逐渐得到社会的广泛认可,而其室外空间作为改善老年人生活品质的重要因素,越来越受到人们的关注。本文根据老年人的自身需求来研究养老社区室外空间规划,形成养老社区室外空间规划的具体原则及方法,避免现有养老社区室外空间中安全性低、环境景观少以及无障碍设施考虑不全面等问题的出现。论文首先研究了我国及世界人口老龄化的发展趋势,分析了我国养老模式的改变以及老年人对居住环境室外空间的强烈需求,整理了国内外相关研究现状。通过案例分析、归纳总结的方法,对国内外养老社区室外空间营造的发展与实践进行对比分析。然后,以老年人需求和规划设计的相关理论为基础,通过问卷调查的方法,针对老年人的基本特征和自身需求做出调查分析。根据调查分析的结果,提出养老社区的室外空间的规划原则,并对养老社区室外空间规划如何满足老年人的生理、心理和行为需求做了具体论述。最后,以天津卓达养老社区为例,对老年人的心理、生理和行为三个方面需求的规划要素做出实践策略,提出了基于老年人需求的养老社区室外空间规划在实务问题上的应用方法。论文提出了一种更具需求性、系统性、实用性的养老社区室外空间的规划方法,使养老社区室外空间规划更加合理、准确。针对养老社区室外空间规划的不同层面都提出了符合老年人需求的规划设计方法和策略,从而解决老年人对室外空间的实际诉求,为营造安全、适用、舒适的养老社区室外空间提供可行的方法和途径。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the aging process of population in China, the living problem of the elderly is becoming more and more prominent, and the mode of providing for the aged in our country is also changing. Community old-age care, as a pension model combining family and society, has gradually been widely recognized by the society, and its outdoor space, as an important factor to improve the quality of life of the elderly, has attracted more and more attention. According to the needs of the elderly, this paper studies the outdoor space planning of the aged community, forms the concrete principles and methods of outdoor space planning of the pension community, and avoids the low safety in the existing outdoor space for the aged. Environmental landscape is less and accessibility facilities are not fully considered and so on. Firstly, the paper studies the development trend of aging population in China and the world, analyzes the changes of the old-age model and the strong demand of the elderly for outdoor living environment, and collates the related research status at home and abroad. Through case analysis, summing up the method, the development and practice of outdoor space construction in endowment community at home and abroad are compared and analyzed. Then, based on the theory of the needs of the elderly and the planning and design of the elderly, the basic characteristics of the elderly and their own needs are investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaires. According to the results of investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the planning principles of outdoor space for the aged, and discusses how to meet the physiological, psychological and behavioral needs of the elderly in the outdoor space planning of the community for the aged. Finally, taking Tianjin Zhuoda community for the aged as an example, to make the practical strategy for the planning elements of the psychological, physiological and behavioral needs of the elderly. This paper presents an application method of outdoor space planning for the aged community based on the needs of the elderly. In this paper, a more demanding, systematic and practical planning method of outdoor space for the aged community is put forward, which makes the planning of outdoor space more reasonable and accurate. According to the different levels of outdoor space planning of the aged community, the planning and design methods and strategies are put forward to meet the needs of the elderly, so as to solve the practical demand of the elderly for outdoor space, and to create safety, applicable, Comfortable retirement community outdoor space provides feasible ways and means.
