济宁自2017年起推行装配式建筑2018年新建高层住宅淘汰毛坯房

【摘要】：正日前,记者从济宁市住建局了解到,《关于推进装配式建筑加快发展的实施意见(试行)》(以下简称《意见》)方案将于2017年1月起实施,力争在2025年让装配式建筑和商品住宅全装修成为主要建造方式。所谓装配式建筑是指用预制的构件在工地装配而成的建筑,这种建筑具有建造速度快、受气候条件制约小的优点,在节约劳动力的同时,提高建筑质量。通过试点标准化、模数化和通用化装修,将基本实现与建筑主体同步设计、同步施工、
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, the reporter learned from the Jining Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau that the "opinions on the implementation of promoting the accelerated Development of Assembly buildings" (hereinafter referred to as "opinions") will be implemented in January 2017. Strive to make assembly buildings and commercial residential decoration as the main way of construction in 2025. The so-called prefabricated building refers to the building which is assembled on the site with prefabricated components. This kind of building has the advantages of fast construction speed and little restriction by climatic conditions, which can save labor force and improve the quality of construction at the same time. Through pilot standardization, modularization and general decoration, the design and construction will basically be synchronized with the main body of the building.
